13 List Store Report :- List store report shows orders booked in a store with user name End of the day report indicate statistics of all orders placed in a current day of store. o User can also export report in CSV file o Order numbers, user name, store location, customer name, purchase date & status information available. 14 2.7. Checkout with Payment and Shipping Cashier can save order without payment if customer would like to do more purchase and would like to process order later. Select payment methods which are available and set from Admin panel System will support below payment methods: Cash Star Card: Cashier can add notes about order as an order comment Eagle Cash: Cashier can add notes about order as an order comment PayPal for Credit Card For Cash payment, Calculate cash-in & change Set Shipping fees if shipment made by BVPOS system, Default system will set shipping method same as set by admin panel. 16 Admin can set each store receipt header & footer from admin panel Orders List Orders List Screen will list out the previous 30 days orders with a slider on right side and recent orders would be on top. The list will display saved orders and successfully placed orders from login user and store only. Order status distinguished by color, likewise Completed Orders: Green Processing Orders: Yellow Pending Orders: Blue Canceled Orders: Gray Order Search: To quickly find an order to review, you can search it by Order ID or Customer s Name/ Clicking on any order will display order details. Here s the lists of actions can be performed on particular order Print: Allow to print an order order details to given id Refund: Allow refunding an order and refund would be happen with same payment method as they made payment. 17 2.10. Cash Drawer It gives access to an overview of all cash transactions and is intended to be used for keeping track of the amount of cash coming in the cash drawer. All transactions that are paid by cash and all manual cash changes done by sales clerk will be stored in the report. The report is by default sorted with the latest reports first. It is possible to filter and sort the list for user, amount, and date/time. Cash drawer will open when a cash drawer button is pressed from the left panel. Reports (Admin Panel) Features in all Report o Admin can get report day wise, week wise, month wise, quarterly, half yearly, yearly, date range wise (partial/all range won t be available for Finance, sales by country, sales by store, sales attendance report, Inventory, inventory purchase) o Can export this report to CSV file. o Admin can manage column. o Save chart Image o All store Report and individual store wise reports access. Sales o Sales: - sales reports indicate overall sales statistics. Statistics of Number of orders present in percentage manner with consideration of selected time period. Total sold order number of period will be considered as 100%. All details from quantity to grand total will be mentioned. Sales statistics Graphical chart vision displayed on screen View order for order details o Purchase order: - Report shows statistics related purchase order. Purchase order id, purchase order to vendor, status, order quantity, price details will mentioned Statistics of purchased order represented with pie chart.
