4 Consultation Regulatory documents Q: Will the ECP also auction yearly, quarterly and monthly products once the CAM NC will be approved and applicable? Yes, the Prisma platform is designed for the organization of the different auctions envisaged in the CAM NC. Q: What exactly will be the repartition (ratio) between bundled and unbundled capacities? How will it be determined? How will it evolve? The total amount of the available capacity at the time of the auction will be offered during the day-ahead auction timeslot. Before the start of the auction window, the maximum possible capacity will be bundled with the adjacent TSOs on every border point concerned by such auction. Therefore, Fluxys Belgium will freeze the regular capacity allocation process (allocated as requested) during the auction window. Once the auction window is closed, the remaining available capacities will again be offered according to the regular capacity allocation process. 4

5 Consultation Regulatory documents Q: Where exactly (which screen) will a shipper see the acquired capacity (in his portfolio with the national TSO or at the ECP)? On both. The shipper s capacity portfolio will be updated on the Electronic Data Platform (gasdata.fluxys.com) The shipper will receive the results of the auction for the bundled products offered on PRISMA via A Service Confirmation Form issued by Fluxys Belgium (once auction is closed) A issued individually by PRISMA to each successful bidder Auction results are published in aggregate on PRISMA for transparency purposes Q: Will all TSO s publish the acquired capacities at the same time (different pace of TSO s)? How is this guaranteed? The communication is guaranteed by Prisma The information regarding the individual allocated capacity is communicated at the same time towards all involved parties. 5

7 Next Steps regarding PRISMA PRISMA General Terms & Conditions of PRISMA will be published on 20/02/13 Both on PRISMA website and Fluxys Belgium website Comments welcome till 27/02/13 The revised regulatory documents will be submitted to the CREG by end February for approval Following the approval of the CREG, the bundled day-ahead products on selected IP s will be launched on the PRISMA-platform Discussions with Adj. TSOs are still on-going on details of bundling Target date for launch is set on 17 April 13, subject to approval by CREG of all documents Readiness of PRISMA ICT system (so far OK) Readiness of FLUXYS Belgium ICT systems (so far OK) Readiness of bundling agreement with Adj. TSOs Final date and product details will be communicated by mid-march 7
