1 Enterprise Mobility Suite EMS is a suite of products from Microsoft that allows individuals to work outside of their office with peace of mind for both themselves and their employer that company data is kept secure.

3 Why EMS for SMBs? 4 How to attach EMS in Open EMS can be attached to a multitude of opportunities. First and third party devices as well as Cloud solutions, the below gives some questions to ask to open up EMS conversations. Ask the question Are you looking at hosting applications in the cloud? Would you like your employees to have Single Sign On to these applications? Ask the question Do you have employees who need to work remotely? How are you securing devices? How are you securing data? Would you like an enhanced MDM solution? Ask the question Is that device being used outside of your workplace? Will that device have company data on it? How are you managing that device? How are you securing that device? What would it mean to your company if you were to suffer a data breach?

5 How to handle objections We already have an MDM solution. We don t do mobile working. EMS is not just an MDM solution, so talk about how the customer manages the security of their data instead. Most customers do, ask them if they have a phone which they pick up company s from? That s mobile working! We use Blackberry. I already have X functions from X vendors This is a dead end for Intune, but remember, EMS is made up of four solutions, and the other three can still add huge value. Simple. EMS is Four Solutions, One Vendor. This means one bill, a unified user experience and a substantial saving on cost. Why would I need four solutions? I don t trust The Cloud. They may not in the short-term need all four solutions, however, they can keep the ones they do not need on hold until ready to deploy. This proves to be much more cost effective as purchased separately the products end up being more expensive. Firstly, direct them to the Azure Trust Centre. Secondly, EMS is not asking your customer to host data or applications in the cloud. EMS is made up of solutions hosted in the Cloud.
