Since 2010 Intec Energy has continued to develop business primarily through our "Quality Without Compromise" work ethics and a strong emphasis on our continued relationship with clients, in the private and commercial sectors. 5 Site Management Strategy How we work Once awarded a contract, the company will organise and set up an effective management and supervision team that is structured specifically for each project. The project team will be drawn from the technical and management resources within the company to provide personnel with the necessary skills required for each stage of the project. 7 Health & Safety Environmental Policy Health, Safety & Environmental Management is Of paramount importance and the acceptance of Responsibilities is taken very seriously, All levels of staff and operatives are trained to High standards in respect of protection and Environmental control of both operatives and the General public. All technical staff and operatives have been trained In Health & Safety and carry Solas Safe pass & CSCS Cards. Competence of all employees and engaged Labour is checked prior to commencement and Records of achievement held at Head Office. The Starter Pack is used by the site team as a Building block towards the job completion Health, Safety and environmental File. It is our policy that all sites are checked at minimum One month intervals by our Health, Safety & environmental control officer. A report of each visit Is also made available to the main contractor and Site operatives. Recently the company has engaged the services of IMSM, to help Intec Energy achieve ISO 9001, & accreditation, this will strengthen our values And insure our policies are adhered to. HEALTH & SAFETY Prior to the commencement on site a Starter Pack Of health, Safety and Environmental Control is Produced which is specific to the site. Included in The pack are Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Risk Control. Specific Requirements and all other Relevant information Intec Energy will be using a Competent Contractor Scheme, Whereby our supply chain sub-contractors will be pre-qualified. The scheme will provide E-Learning training to improve knowledge and skills to our own staff and sub-contracting staff.

8 Training & Certification Training & Certification Qualifications All of our office staff, operatives, engineers and sub-contractors hold their Relevant training, whether it s been a full apprenticeship, Collage Degree, SOLAS Safe Pass, Manual Handling & Abrasive Wheels training along with sector skill specific CSCS training. Company and Professional Individual Membership Fully compliant with all current legislation (HAS) Construction Industry Federation (CIF) Construction Industry Register Ireland (CIRI) ISO Specialists (IMSM) Safe Electric (SE) Registered Electrical Contractor Ireland (RECI) All of our management staff complete, Managing Safety in Construction, Scaffold inspection, they also have Electrical Safety, Temporary Works, First Aid, Confined Spaces, Fire Safety, Abrasive Wheels, Asbestos awareness, CPR and various ongoing toolbox and safety awareness courses specific to site. There are systems in place for disseminating up-to-date developments in health and safety legislative issues which may arise. Site contracts and projects are managed by our site experienced management teams. Administration of our business is led by a highly qualified team of professional personnel and uniquely in a business of our industry size includes a dedicated fulltime professionally qualified Health and Safety manager. All contracts are managed using our software trained personnel and led by our Business Manager and Senior Estimator. Intec Energy is currently investing in Building Information Modelling for future projects.
