Examples include: Hot Bolt Clamp The patented and multi-award winning Hot Bolt Clamp technology enables the safe removal and replacement of corroded bolts on live four bolt flanged connections with no disruption to ongoing production. Advanced Online Desanding (AOD) AOD removes sand from live separators and cleans the sand ready for safe overboard discharge. This means desanding activity can be taken out of turnaround scopes, which shortens turnaround durations and increases annual production. Extended Reach Breathing Apparatus System (ERBAS) ERBAS delivers a unique approach to safe confined space entry and exit. While traditional techniques require time consuming cylinder changes, ERBAS uses a patented quick connector that allows fast and easy refilling of cylinders in (deep) confined spaces. Stork technician using the Hot Bolt Clamp Condition Monitoring Stork has a lost time incident free record spanning 20 years for the installation of innovative intrusive and non-intrusive condition monitoring solutions. This helps avoid unplanned shutdowns due to corrosion and reduce inspection life-cycle costs. Composite Repair Stork s wide range of composite repair solutions offer a low cost alternative to repair, reinforce and/or reinstate the integrity of corroded areas. These areas can be flat, irregular and complex curved surfaces. With exceptional adhesion properties, they are proven in extreme climates and harsh chemical environments. And more...
