CATEGORY EMPANELMENT LIMIT (PROJECT COST) NO. 1 CATEGORY -A RS. 50 CRORES TO RS. 100 CRORES 2 CATEGORY -B RS. 25 CRORES TO RS. 50 CRORES 3 CATEGORY -C RS. 10 CRORES TO RS. 25 CRORES 4 CATEGORY -D RS. 1 CRORE TO RS.10 CRORES 4.0 The interested construction contractors may download documents from PDIL website The contractors meeting the Pre-qualification criteria as per the category mentioned above may apply with the required documents/details for empanelment. 4.1 The empanelled contractors will be contacted or contracted by PDIL for future jobs in due course. 4.2 The Original application along with the required supporting documents/details and one scanned soft copy in CD should be addressed to the under mentioned and super scribed with Application for Empanelment of Construction Contractor on the cover with due date. Sealed application must be submitted on or before 3.00 PM on at the office of : Addl. Pre-qualification criteria for Construction Contractor. II. Formats to be submitted by applicant duly filled in along with application. 6.0 Application from joint venture or consortium is not acceptable.

He is however, advised not to furnish superfluous information. No information shall be entertained after submission of pre-qualification document unless it is called for by the PDIL. 8.0 Any information furnished by the applicant found to be incorrect either immediately or at a later date, would render him liable to be debarred from tendering/taking up of work in PDIL. If such applicant happens to be enlisted contractor of any class in PDIL, his name shall also be removed from the approved list of contractors. 9.0 The short list of empanelled contractors shall be valid for Three years. However, PDIL reserves the right to curtail or extend this period at its sole discretion Corrigendum/addendums, if any to this document shall only be posted on PDIL s website at Application submitted by /FAX shall be rejected Offers received late are liable for rejection & no complaint shall be entertained in this regard for any reason whatsoever including postal/courier delay PDIL reserves the right to accept/reject any or all applications without assigning any reason thereof Please furnish the the contact details along with two valid IDS for further communication.
