2 Infrastructure To efficiently maintain and support a single, district wide, state-of-the art infrastructure that will provide for all electronic data needs. Teaching and Learning To implement and update a comprehensive plan for meeting student learning needs through technology. Leadership, Administration, & Instructional Support To implement guidelines, online services, remote pc management, net meetings, live web help, services help desk and procedures which will standardize technology access, services, and support. Educator Preparation & Development To implement and update requirements for relevant educational preparation and development.

3 Integration & Access Information Technology will plan and deliver integrated information services to enable staff to access the information they need, when and where they need it. Service Delivery Information Technology will meet or exceed customer requirements for technology service delivery. Improve & Streamline Information Technology will leverage existing, emerging, and innovative technologies to enhance, improve, and streamline business processes. Privacy & Security Information Technology will ensure the privacy, integrity, reliability and appropriate use of information resources.

4 Business process management is when the organization attempts to improve efficiency and effectiveness of their operation by focusing on their business processes. Business Process Automation (BPA) involves automating some aspect of the business process through the application of information technology.

9 Online Forms with Workflow - Currently working on Transportation, Travel, Absence and Technology request forms to be submitted online. Upgrade Finance system to use built in workflow which includes finance and HR processes such as employee leave. Implemented online requisitions using workflow. Work with Finance and HR to conduct Business Process Review to determine efficiency and use of the system. Continue working with HR to coordinate with Payroll on the use of Position Control.

11 Increase the use of Sharepoint for sharing and storing documents districtwide. Implement Intranet using Sharepoint for staff. Create internal dashboards to replace static reports and allow for more interactive data. Explore cloud services for efficiency and effectiveness. Start migrating from Cognos to Microsoft Reporting Services Finalize creation of Interactive Organization Charts.

12 Conduct Network Assessment and Audit to improve network reliability. Automate staff directories online to eliminate the need for printed versions. Continue improving student online registration process. Create student electronic cum folders. Implement new digital imaging system to archive documents in Finance, HR, and Student records and start eliminating the need for storage in warehouse. Upgrade Wifi infrastructure in the district. Explore all areas where new technologies become available.
