14 WHOLESALES : THE SUB-LICENSE A CFAST provides a license for every features needed Operator A can provide a sub-license based on its license. There is no sub-license limit. The price per month of the sublicense, as well as the commissioning costs are at the expense of the operator. The operator A can re-invoice the sub-license at the price he wishes. B C D Partner operators pay CFAST access to operator A at the price requested by operator A. They have access to all the automated command functions subscribed by operator A. The partner operators can ask CFAST for the missing features. A prior negotiation has been conducted between the operator A and CFAST to govern the tariff advantages resulting from the upgrades provided by operator A.
