3 Operations Management OPERATIONS Management module comprises the following features: Transport Plan Management Transport status and follow-up, customer communication. Transport, locomotive and driver planning. Path management Automatic path calculation based on available infrastructure/network information. Documentation Generation of (country-specific) brake reports, wagon lists and consignment notes. EDI TAF TSI compliant, direct interfaces with Infra Managers (Prorail, InfraBel), Terminals (e.g. Portbase) and manual file import (Excel, CSV, XML, etc.).

4 Safety & Staff Management SECURITY & STAFF Management module comprises the following features: Staff rostering and planning Employee planning and shift definition based on staff availability, competences and labor law. Route and equipment knowledge Automatic registration and updates of personal route and equipment knowledge based on driven trains and trajectory. Live monitoring and checking of route and equipment knowledge. Certification and documents Registration of certificates, (ID) documents and diploma s of staff, live monitoring and check of certificates. Incident management Registration and management of incidents with trains and staff. Safety training and event management

5 Demand Management DEMAND Management module comprises the following features: Order and contract management Registration and management of detailed contract and order details, including sales prices, discounts and contract conditions. Customer and relation management Pre costs calculation Generation and follow-up customer proposals with automatic calculation of estimated costs (based on supplied parameters). Recurring transports Management of recurring transports/orders, including contract durations, price agreements and performance indicators.

6 Fleet Management FLEET Management module comprises the following features: Equipment administration Registration and management of wagons and locomotives (technical and usage data : daily checks, fuels, ). Geolocation (for GPS enabled vehicles) Real-time tracking of wagons / locomotives. Compliance management with the theoretical transport plan : display deviations from planned locations or routes. Shunting management Wagon location management. Shunt movements planning for wagons, including the required interface with infra managers (i.e. Prorail and Infrabel). Servicing and Maintenance management Maintenance planning. Monitoring of trigger rules (through alerts and warnings) for servicing and maintenance (tracking based on distance, effective duration and/or equipment life time). Outsourcing repair management : transmission and monitoring of repair requests, repair costs and follow up. Defect and damage management Recognition and reporting of damages, including generation of the required documents according to the GCU (Appendix 4, 2016 version).

7 Mobile Application The mobile RAILCUBE application enhances the communication with your drivers and wagon inspectors. Information entered by the office employees is instantly available on the mobile devices and vice versa. MOBILE APPLICATION comprises the following features: Time registration Staff can review and validate their shifts Viewing and printing transport related documents Wagon list, brake report, consignment notes Registering damages Register damages, incl auto generation of Appendix 4, take and upload pictures Reporting actual times of transports Departure and arrival times Review and adapt train composition Mobile fleet management We currently support the three major mobile platforms, Android, ios and Windows.

8 Deployments RAILCUBE is now deployed within 8 Railway Undertakings in Europe and is daily used by more than 750 people. These implementations have been achieved according to short project planning (between 3 and 5 months) and with a high level of self-sufficiency from the end-users (thanks to a packaged training program and the intuitiveness of the solution). * = implementation currently in progress
