4 New licenses Orders for new licenses will now be accepted by the program supplier. To order a basic license, specify the program number, the one-time charge (OTC) features desired, and the media feature number required. Product support charge (PSC): First year support is included in the price of the product. This will include knowledge data base updates, defect support, product updates, enhancements and new releases. Customers can purchase extended support from the program supplier beyond the first year.
