6 1. Product Sales Our Partnership with Siemens Industry Software helps us leverage their latest technologies to offer quality services to our clients. This partnership enables us to sell and support the Siemens product portfolio including NX CAD NX CAM NX CAE Teamcentre Technomatix

7 We address the intricacies of this vertical through:- 1. Pre-sales consultancy Requirement gathering and Analysis The team gathers the requirements of the client in terms of CAD softwares being used presently, current way of managing engineering data, number of users, number of locations across the globe Value proposition After a thorough analysis of the requirements gathered; the team prepares and suggests a suitable value proposition to the client in terms of number of licenses and its configurations, integrations, implementation and training plans

8 2. Implementation In this phase, the team deploys the CAD/ CAM/ CAE/ PLM system at client s site and makes the system functional. Configuration: The team makes suitable configurations in the deplyed system so as to suit the customer s requirements

9 3. Post-sales consultancy process. Once the CAD/ CAE/ PLM system is implemented, the team executes the following tasks: System integration Integration with the existing CAD \ ERP tools. Technical support and AMC An option is offered for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) for the maintenance of the newly implemented system to take care of any issues occurred while using the system. Data Migration All the data stored in the existing system would be migrated to the new system. Up-gradation The CAD/ PLM system is upgraded to the latest version, if required. Training The staff is trained on the newly implemented PLM system to ensure that every user is well versed with the technical details of the system.

CAD/CAM/CAE: We offer the design services through three types of delivery models depending on customer s requirement: Onsite: Our resources would join your project seamlessly in any stage and work as an integral part of your design team. Offshore: We would execute the project at our design center in Pune, India. Hybrid: This is a combination of Onsite and Offshore model. Some of our resources would operate out of your office and coordinate with our resources based at our Design Centre to execute the project.

15 3. KBE (Knowledge Based Engineering) We specialize in developing customized KBE and Design Automation applications for engineering companies. We intelligently manipulate our knowledge of engineering companies needs and processes with our IT skills, to deliver solutions that improve engineering efficiencies and offer competitive edge to our customers.

16 As part of our KBE offering, we gather the organization s product knowledge in entirety and store this information in a software application. These applications are built as extensions or customizations of CAD applications in the form of Design automations.
