3 BAIS-QS for Manufacturing 3 BAIS-QS is a dynamic Quality Assurance tool, providing on line inspecting & control of Raw Material Inspection > IQC (incoming quality control) In process Inspection > PQC (Process Quality Control) Final Inspection > FQC (Finished Quality Control) QAMS (Quality Assurance Management System) consist into two part Part I : SQC (Statistical Quality Control) System - Can inspect & control Raw Material as well as Finished Product - Can inspect & control Finished Product through Statistical method. Part II : SPC (Statistical Process Control) System - Can inspect & control Inprocess System as well as Production Process through Statistical method. STATISTICAL CONTROLS Lot behaviour of each & every lot is monitored on the Production floor X-bar, R, Cp & Cpk Values are calculated for each lot and the same is reflected in the test reports, which are sent to all the customers (depends on requirements). For the items where the Cpk values are good the corresponding tolerance limits are also shrunk on the Production floor. Auto generates X-bar Chart for each and every lot. ENSURING PRODUCT RELIABILITY IQC, PQC, FQC forms the minimum testing criteria to ensure that each and every pc which is shipped to the customer is defect free. Regular Monitoring on the Production floors using statistical techniques & tools. System ensures that each and every Process is OK and alert massage/beep for defect and stopped the process.

4 BAIS-QS for Manufacturing 4 Incoming Quality Control (IQC) IQC system inspect all characteristics of that Particular Raw material, which defined in IQC Master based on LSL & USL. Material accept or reject depend on all parameter are between LSL & USL. The minimum testing criteria to ensure that each and every Item which is shipped from vendor is defect free Reports: 1. IQC Test Report 2. IQC Summary Report 3. IQC Record Register ( daily/weekly/monthly) 4. IQC Statistical Report 5. X-bar Chart Process Quality Control (PQC) PQC system inspect all characteristics of that Production Process, which defined in PQC Master based on LSL & USL. Process under control or out of control depend on all parameter are between LSL & USL. Lot behavior of each & every lot is monitored on the Production floor using statistical techniques & tools. Deviation Approval Reason/root cause identification against out of control measurement. Real time display of colored graph along with Red color dot marks. Reports: 1. Process Capability Data Sheet 2. PQC Summary Report 3. PQC Record Register ( daily/weekly/monthly) 4. PQC Statistical Report (X-bar, R, Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk, PCR, Mean, SD) 5. X-bar Chart Finished Quality Control (FQC) FQC System inspect all characteristics of that Finished Product, which defined in FQC Master based on LSL & USL. Lot accept or reject depend on AQL and all parameter are between LSL & USL. In the test reports, X-bar, R, Cp & Cpk Values are calculated and sent to all the customers Reports: 1. FQC Test Report 2.
