Founded in 2004 Late in 2012 Peregrine Treasury Solutions became a member of the Peregrine Group. The company was formed to service inhouse foreign exchange requirements which stemmed from asset and wealth management transactions. Over the past 18 months the structure, team and services have transformed, making Peregrine Treasury Solutions a market leader in the treasury and foreign exchange management industry. Peregrine Treasury Solutions is registered with the Financial Services Board and the South African Reserve Bank. National footprint During the first half of 2017 Peregrine Treasury Solutions acquired the total shareholding in a dynamic treasury outsource company, IMPEX Treasury Solutions. IMPEX was established in 2004 and has since grown into a reputable foreign exchange risk management company. Its core business is providing importers, exporters, fund managers and private individuals with advice and solutions to minimise currency risk. PAARL PRETORIA JOHANNESBURG Over and above the human capital benefit of this transaction, the outcome has translated into a more comprehensive treasury service offering in the corporate and institutional space. In addition, the move has expanded the Peregrine Treasury Solutions footprint, which now boasts three offices countrywide, two in Gauteng and one in the Western Cape. CLIENTS Private Clients Individual clients making use of foreign allowances for investment, travel and other purposes. This service includes the application of tax clearance certificates at our cost. Corporates Small- to medium-sized enterprises which import or export goods and services. This service includes the streamlining of the foreign exchange administrative process. 2 PEREGRINE TREASURY SOLUTIONS - THE TEAM Andries du Toit MANAGING DIRECTOR Andries heads up the combined businesses of Peregrine Treasury Solutions and IMPEX. He qualified as a chartered accountant after completing his degree at the University of Pretoria and his honours degree at the University of South Africa (Unisa). Andries has played an intricate role in the development and growth of key Peregrine Group subsidiaries over the past 19 years. Paul Coetzee MANAGEMENT AND DIRECTOR Paul completed his BSc degree through the University of Stellenbosch, and his Registered Persons Examinations through the South African Institute for Financial Markets. He gained exceptional experience and knowledge being the former managing director of Ocean Agri Science. He has extensive involvement in consulting with companies in the agricultural sector and has over 20 years experience in the importing, exporting and commodity field. Paul joined the Peregrine Treasury Solutions team as a director of IMPEX. Paul Muller MANAGEMENT AND DIRECTOR Paul completed his honours degree in economics through the University of Stellenbosch and obtained his SAFEX license through the South African Institute for Financial Markets. He has 20 years experience in the banking industry having worked at various institutions in the United Kingdom and South Africa. Paul was a founding member and managing director of IMPEX. Paul joined the Peregrine Treasury Solutions team as a director of IMPEX. Brandon Marshall MANAGEMENT AND DIRECTOR Brandon completed a diploma in finance through the Financial Academy of SA as well as an ACI dealership certification. He gained hands-on experience working his way through the ranks of some of the most reputable banks. His expertise lies in foreign exchange and money markets. PAGE 2

He has been involved in the facilitation, structuring and execution of cross-border transactions for the past 12 years and, at a more technical level, in the marketing and optimising of treasury and payment solutions for corporates across Sub- Saharan Africa. Melisa Rosenberg OPERATIONS Melisa completed her business computing diploma through College Campus. She is currently studying towards completing the Registered Persons Examination. She has 14 years experience in the forex market and specialises in back office processing of transactions. Bianca Botes MANAGEMENT Bianca completed her degree in economics through Unisa, in conjunction with the Registered Persons Examination. She is currently studying towards her chartered financial analyst qualification. Bianca has been in the financial industry for seven years and specialises in corporate and institutional treasury.
