1 The Fusion Framework Summer 16 Release Summary A summary of the new offerings and solutions available in the latest release.

2 Overview This document summarizes the new offerings available in the Summer 16 Release. Please see the full Release Notes documentation for more information about functionality in the new offerings. Please contact your Account Executive about product availability. New offerings may require setup by Customer System Administrators, Fusion Professional Services and require additional licensing requirements. The release preview webinar will be announced in a separate communication. 3 Summer 16 Release The Summer 16 release introduces three new offerings that provide more value to your investment in the Fusion Framework System. We are also introducing our new online product knowledge base. The Fusion Framework Enterprise Community A new product offering designed for use by every employee in your organization that enhances incident response, employee safety and physical security. Everbridge Notification Connector An additional integration capability with your Everbridge subscription that enables you to send mass notifications and track delivery and response directly from the Fusion Framework. ServiceNow Data Connector A new data connector offering that enables you to push and pull data between the Fusion Framework and ServiceNow. Online Product Knowledge Base Our official product knowledge base provides access to past release notes, technical articles, product and platform training resources and more Fusion Risk Management, Inc. 3

The Fusion Framework Enterprise Community provides the following benefits: The Fusion Framework Enterprise Community is hosted in your Fusion Framework System org leveraging existing objects and relationships for reporting and workflow. New features provide enhanced capabilities for threat detection, situation awareness, event monitoring, crisis/incident response, and exercise/event participation. A streamlined user experience simplifies the interface for infrequent users which reduces training and support time. Along with new features, flexible licensing options are available to license all employees. This provides each user persona the right level of features and access. 11 Everbridge Notification Connector Send mass-notifications and monitor responses directly from the Fusion Framework leveraging the Everbridge API. Associate notifications to Incidents/Exercises in the Fusion Framework. Send notifications directly to Key Contacts, Teams and Rosters. 13 ServiceNow Data Connector Overview Bi-directional data integration application that pushes and pull data between the Fusion Framework and ServiceNow. REST API-based integration hosted in the Fusion Framework. Supports any object/tables but common integration scenarios include synchronizing CMDB assets and DR Tasks data between the systems.
