12 QUICK Tips Quality Matters More time is always better for developing a thoughtful a strategic plan you may need to break it down into two planning sessions. Utilize Available Resources Use JNJ documents and guides, National and Regional committee members, and toolkit information to help develop the plan. Involve Entire Chapter Everyone MUST be involved, and make sure you have ample and a comfortable space to work your plan. Conduct listening sessions or focus groups. Communication is Key Keep your chapter informed on the progress and next process steps. Keep a Fresh Outlook Getting as far as a SWOT Analysis may be enough for one day, then you can start fresh and looking at your goals and objectives.
