5 Office of the Associate Directorate Advisor to the Director and Deputy Director on allocation of resources Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Health Care Business, Finance, Human Resources, IRM and ISD Ensure funding allocations and budget parameters are met.; coordinates the development of an annual budget plan Responsible for financial reconciliation data and Total Force Management Committee

6 Health Care Business Advisor to the FHCC on business data - validation of all available data sets and data quality management controls program - evaluates programs and services Responsible for the development, tracking of critical initiatives and reporting to leadership on status of the business plan Directs and coordinates: - business and strategic planning - reconciliation data - manages the A-76 program - access to care and template management

7 Financial Management Coordinates and supervises the use of all financial resources and the planning, distribution and accounting of appropriated funds Provides financial management information and technical support and formulation, review and execution of the FHCC budget Responsible for the local development, implementation, education, maintenance and technical operation of the national Decision Support System Reviews time & attendance cards and other personnel documentation to ensure proper application and consistency of pay regulations across multiple appointment types and employment situations in a variety of pay systems Provides accounting and cost data needed for analysis, maintains all accounting activity records and performs regular reviews and reconciliations of general ledger accounts to subsidiary records

8 Human Resources Department Responsible for all human resources related actions pertaining to Civilian Personnel (CIVPERS) and Military Personnel (MILPERS). - includes but is not limited to: - Recruitment and Placement - Employee and Labor Relations - Worker s Compensation - Personnel Security - Manpower Management - Reserve Operational Support - Command Fitness, and Military Readiness

9 Information Resources Management Maintains all standard clinical application systems, servers and services provided by both the MHS and VA Perform systems, applications, database administration and reporting support to the user community Manage the user creation and menu management functions Information Security ensure proper access management and controls are applied in all IT systems

10 Integration Successes & Impacts Successes: Single Patient Registration Single Sign-on with Context Management Authentication for CAC and PIV on three different networks and 35 critical websites Relocation of over 820 staff members to include migration of 5 terabytes departmental and user data Global Address Sharing one contact listing for all FHCC staff Fiber optic infrastructure throughout East Campus Relocation of local Navy Medicine Data Center New integrated phone system on East and West Campus Recipient of 2010 Navy Medicine Information Professional Team of the Year and 2010 Navy Medicine Enlisted Member of the Year
