This can include but is not limited to opportunities, customers and prospects and leads. This can be from a CRM solution or any other data source. Part of this offering is the cleansing and deduplication of data prior to loading into the solution. This cleansing and deduplication can be a one off or ongoing strategy. This will also include the creation of custom extensions in the solution. INTEGRATION FIXED SCOPE IMPLEMENTATION The Oracle CRM Cloud Integration Fixed Scope Implementation Offering allows customers to further enhance their solution by integrating legacy solutions to the Oracle CRM Cloud.
