2 Introduction What is eclass App? eclass App is a mobile phone application which allows schools to deliver relevant information to parents easily and efficiently. Parents can also use this application to know the most updated status of their children and schools easily. Why do we use eclass App? 6 Installation (Android) Go to Play Store Search eclass Install eclass App

7 Installation (Android) Parents Mobile Phone Login: Open eclass App and enter school name, login name and password. Tap Add.

8 Installation (ios) Go to App Store Search eclass Install eclass App

9 Installation (ios) Parents Mobile Phone Login: Open eclass App and enter school name, login name and password. Tap Add. Enter School Name Enter Login Account Enter Password Press Login

13 Right Setting Parent App Module and Other Module Administrators Enter School Setting> Role Click to add the group for adding different modules administrators e.g.: Parent App Admin

25 Push Notification C. Send Messages with Different Content Click different messages for different recipients (using CSV import) for different content. Click to download the sample file and enter the required information. Click Save and then Submit.

44 School Calendar A. School Calendar Administration Electronic school calendar allows schools to add school calendar for parents to know school events, holidays, group events and academic events, etc. KIS eclass > School Calendar Schools can import bulk events or click the events date for adding events

45 School Calendar A. School Calendar Administration Download the template and enter required information. Upload the same to the system.

47 epayment A. epayment Administration Smartcard s payment information shows students add-value and payment record. Parents can check the record by using mobile phones. KIS eclass > epayment
