6 Experience Our team s experience includes, but is not limited to, the following: Barangaroo/International Towers Project (60,000 sq. m) Development and implementation of a mobilisation strategy for the organisation s new Agile site, including FM readiness, transition planning, and the management/support of Westpac s FM team. This included the development of a suite of strategic documents. New Victorian HQ (16,000 sq. m) Development and implementation of an FM Strategy for the operation of the Australian Nursing & Midwifery Federation s new multi-function HQ, incorporating a range of university-style teaching environments, the corporate workspace, commercial auditorium, and commercial tenants this included a design review, integrated FM Strategy, and procurement services. Essential Safety Measures Integrated maintenance management solution for an aged care facility, includes maintenance and lifecycle planning, maintenance management, contractor management, auditing and compliance, reporting and data management, customer care services driving a range of cost and service level benefits. Thrive Project (30,000 sq. m) Development and implementation of a comprehensive FM Strategy for the organisation s new HQ, including concept design review, Asset Management Plan, Workspace Services Plan (operating briefs) and service specifications with a focus on the day-to-day support and facilitation of Activity Based Working. Bendigo Hospital PPP Bid Submission Developed and priced operations and maintenance component as part of the PPP Bid Submission including the development of a Strategic FM Plan, incorporating Service Delivery Model, overarching operational strategy and services interface, plus whole of life asset management planning, and detailed costing. 6

7 Local Government Portfolio Condition, compliance and asbestos auditing of >200 properties and structures, comprising schools, offices, libraries, community buildings, and sport and recreational facilities. The annual audits were performed by a combination of structural engineers, building assessors, and asbestos inspectors over a period of 6 months. Exhibition Street Project (33,000 sq. m) Delivered wide range of FM services for fit-out of new Melbourne HQ including development of shared services processes, FM readiness, safety/contractor management, defects management, project transition to BAU, and interim management of the tenancy. Portfolio Condition Auditing Condition auditing of 300 houses (on behalf of Aboriginal Housing Victoria) located throughout Victoria, to determine funding requirement as part of a negotiation with the Department of Health and Human Services for a new master lease. The audit was successfully completed within extremely tight timeframes (10 weeks). Hewlett Packard (Australia and New Zealand) Implemented a business improvement strategy designed to streamline and optimise the delivery of an outsourced FM contract for the management of the national portfolios restructured and strengthened the FM delivery team, reduced operating cost by 10%, improved contract KPI s and improved the overall customer relationship from satisfied to advocacy. QLD State Government PPP Bid Submission (75,000 sq. m NLA) Developed operations and maintenance component as part of the PPP Bid Submission, including Service Delivery Model, overarching operational strategy, sustainability and asset management strategy for A Grade, 5 Green Star building plus Win Themes strategy. 7

He established FM Essentials, and is now a recognised authority and market leader in facility management and software development. His consulting experience includes the upgrade of the Qantas Maintenance Hangar at Melbourne Airport and 650 ANZ Bank Branches, and the role of Project Manager for the design and fitout of Energy Safe Victoria s new HQ. He has provided strategic consulting services to a significant number of clients, including local, state and federal governments. He also possesses significant experience in ongoing asset management of major buildings and portfolios and leads the industry in asset and maintenance management planning. With a background in portfolio management and facility management within the investment banking industry, he brings a wealth of international knowledge to the table. Having worked as the FM/Workplace Lead, delivering projects for ANZ, Medibank, Westpac, Origin Energy, IAG, Australian Unity, Vicinity (amongst others) he is now a highly regarded expert in facility management/workplaces of the future. 8

He has also performed various roles for Johnston Controls across the Asia Pacific Region and was responsible for the ExxonMobil Global Real Estate and Facilities Account across Asia, consisting of 20 properties across Japan, China, Hong Kong, Australia, and New Zealand. His specialities include service optimisation and cost rationalisation, saving millions of dollars for clients. He also provided out-sourced facilities management services with Jones Lang LaSalle working as an embedded Senior Workplace Manager on the ANZ VIC commercial portfolio and has spent time working on other medium to large portfolios including AAMI, Suncorp, GE. His expertise includes 12 years experience in the strategic planning and implementation of complex business driven initiatives and end-to-end program management. 9
