4 Client or Product Level Analysis Client PL Reports (Adassist) These areas includes a variety of reports and all the information you need to analyze client level profitability and details that make up the general financial statements. For further details and to explain the client level reports, print the Job Profitability (which can be grouped by Campaign or other levels) and Employee Management Reports noted below. Campaign Level Job Profitability Report v8 (Adassist) is the best campaign report to use to compare production job results and profitability to the total campaign (grouped by campaign). Job Level Job Profitability Reports (Adassist) This area includes a variety of reports and all the information you need to analyze job level profitability. Summary and detail formats are available. Employee Level Employee Time Management Reports (Advantage) These reports contain information on two key categories; productivity and realization (billability) by employee/client. There are dozens of other reports but these two contain the information most requested and commonly used to analyze how productive individuals are and how billable the time is. Employee Productivity and Realization Dashboards (Webvantage) These dashboards provide an interactive view of the same information found in the Employee Time Management Reports, and more. Agency leaders can review employee productivity and realization information real time by month or by year without running a single report. With the ability to drill down to details, these Dashboards provide the ability to analyze at a summary and detail level data without running and comparing multiple reports. Page 4 of 6
