Background of the Project The computer sector of our country has in recent times emerged as one of the fastest developing areas in the sum-total of our country. Over the last few years, we have taken slow in start but sure steps towards an increased global presence in the Information Technology (IT) Sector. With India, the most neighbor country of our country, leading the field in export earnings from IT jobs like software export and computer services; Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Pakistan, Indonesia, China and Japan are making consented efforts to cash in from IT services. Bangladesh, being ethnically and culturally close to India, as yet, has not been able to achieve not worthy export earnings from this sector. At the same time, however, it is interesting to note that majority of the young Bangladeshis abroad hold IT jobs and are doing exceptionally well in both international and local computing competitions. Bangladeshis clearly, have a knack for such work. So, we are highly optimistic that we would be able to be a nation with ability to develop software for export and meet-up local requirements. Unlike the Hardware business, Software development and Computer services require long-term Investment and since government is playing an immediate role for establishing any software developing institution, private investment has become most essential for IT sector of Bangladesh. 4 MANAGEMENT ASPECT Management of the Company CHAIRMAN, HAMZA AHMED Hamza Ahmed has started his career in marketing field in He established Echo enterprise a chemical company in He worked as computing teacher in Green herald school in He is the Managing Director of AKH Ltd and Chairman of Echo Enterprise. As an entrepreneur and Business Leader, Hamza Ahmed is recognized by his peer as a hard-worker & motivator to drive people. Putting all his finest efforts of what has to be done, he took his affinity for creativity as his inspiration. Under his leadership, ZOI Ltd will give another foot step in the IT arena in Bangladesh. MANAGING DIRECTOR, NAZIFA CHOWDHURY Nazifa Chowdhury has 10 years experience in Software industry. She has work with multiple software projects as a software developer. She has work with Call center management software, HR management software, ERP system software, School automation software and so on. She has also worked in Telecom industry as a software developer. She has very sound knowledge on Software Quality Assurance. She has in-depth knowledge in system analysis, business needs analysis, object oriented modeling and agile software development process. She has managed and overseen many high profile IT projects in the recent years As a founder Nazifa Chowdhury properly understand software quality, security and business application need. KHALEDA KHATUN DIRECTOR Khaleda khatun has over 25 years of experience in NGO field who started her NGO field as a trainer. Then BPWDA (Bangladesh Poor Women Development Association) NGO was founded in 1999 by Khaleda Khatun. She is Executive director of BPWDA NGO. It has operations in more than 15 districts across seven divisions. She has also been willing to take risks, setting up unconventional business plans. In his autobiography, she also says that having fun is an important element of his approach to life and business.she is a successful entrepreneur who operates many businesses individually such as beauty parlor, poultry firm etc. Now she holds the position of Director of the ZOI ltd. 4 P a g e

5 SHAIFA CHOWDHURY-DIRECTOR Shaifa Chowdhury is responsible for software User Experience planning, research, development and implementation and communications, and customer relations activities. She Perform a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the Organization's image and position within the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate internal and external communications. In her career she has experience to work with some well known organization in abroad as UX engineer.zoi Limited, She ensures effective user experience point of view, communications with user and public relations function, with provision for succession. COMMENT ON THE MANAGEMENT AND FINANCIAL CAPABILITIES AND TRACK RECORDS: The proposed project is being promoted as a private limited company by group of 4 persons. They have already formed a private limited company registered with the Registrar of Joint Stock Company. The sponsors are educated and experienced and from their educational background it is expected they will be able to implement and operate the project satisfactorily. The managing director will be the Chief Executive of the company and he will be responsible for overall management of the project under the direct supervision of the board of Directors. The managing Director is well experienced in management. He will guide both the technical and general staff of the company with prior approval from the board. The promoters have already acquired management for this type of project as they are running computer software, based IT firm named ZOI Ltd. They have a number of technical and skilled personnel in their existing unit. The managing director will maintain liaison with banks. Financial institutions in all matters and will be responsible to provide pertinent information, data report, etc.as and when deem essential.
