It does not limit SAP s development of software enhancements to the SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise Package or new products which may at SAP s sole discretion be licensed separately for additional license fees and is not a commitment that such functionality, in its current form, will be in future versions or releases of the software. For all software licensed separately by SAP including but not limited to Optional Packages and Industry Specific Solutions, the parties agree to execute separate Appendices at mutually agreed upon pricing and terms.

It includes the leading SAP Crystal Reports software for high-fidelity production reporting and SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence software for ad hoc reporting to benefit decision makers and analysts. Key Capability Customers gain the key capabilities of the following products: SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform, including mobile BI SAP Crystal Reports software SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence SAP BusinessObjects BI SDK - the use of any SAP BusinessObjects BI SDK in any commercial software product for the purposes of connecting data accessed via SAP BusinessObjects semantic layers or documents with third party products is prohibited without the written consent of SAP. The use of any SAP BusinessObjects BI SDK in any commercial software product for the purposes of converting SAP BusinessObjects content or metadata to third party products is not allowed without the written consent of SAP. 4

5 3 SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise, Professional Edition Description The professional edition of SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise solutions includes all the enterprise business intelligence (BI) and agile visualization functionality a customer requires. It includes solutions for reporting, dashboards and applications, and agile visualization to benefit decision makers, analysts, BI content designers, and administrators. It also includes restricted use runtime licenses of SAP IQ, SAP PowerDesigner, and SAP Data Integrator. Key Capabilities Customers gain the key capabilities of the following products: SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform, including mobile BI SAP Crystal Reports software SAP Analysis for OLAP SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence software, including rich client SAP BusinessObjects Dashboards SAP BusinessObjects Design Studio SAP BusinessObjects Explorer SAP Lumira, discovery edition SAP Lumira, designer edition SAP Lumira, server edition Access to administration tools SAP BusinessObjects BI SDK - the use of any SAP BusinessObjects BI SDK in any commercial software product for the purposes of connecting data accessed via SAP BusinessObjects semantic layers or documents with third party products is prohibited without the written consent of SAP.
