This allows you to easily keep track of you entire fleet's daily activities. Each row of the report will contain the total activities for an entire day. Monthly Summary Report - The monthly summary report allows you to generate reports that are summarised by month. This allows you to easily keep track of you entire fleet's monthly activities. Each row of the report will contain the total activities for an entire month. Flexible - The daily and monthly summary reports can be configured to use any of the other report types listed below. Journey Report - The journey report allows you to view each journey (from ignition on, to ignition off) that the specified vehicles have made. This allows you to easily access journey information such as: start/end time, driver, journey time, idle time, working hours, distance, average speed, top speed, carbon emissions, fuel cost and the start/end address or geofence. Idle Time Report - The idle time report allows you to view the time spent idle (ignition on but no actual movement) for the specified vehicles. The idle time report will only return data for those journeys where the specified vehicles have been idle for a period of time greater than the idle constraint entered. This allows you to easily access information about all the idle events such as: start/end time, driver, idle time, idle cost and the address or geofence. Speed Violation Report - The speed violation report allows you to view time time spent speeding for the specified vehicles. The speed violation report will only return data for those journeys where the specified vehicles have exceeded the speed violation constraint entered. This allows you to easily access information about speeding events such as start/end time, driver, speeding time, distance, average speed, top speed, total cost, carbon emissions and the start/end address or geofence. Triggered Alert Report - The triggered alert report allows you to view all alerts that have been triggered for the specified vehicles. The report can be configured to return data for all alert types or for a specific alert type. This allows you to easily access information about alert events such as: time, driver, name, type, level, cause, custom constraint and the address or geofence. Odd Hours Report - The odd hours report allows you to view each journey that occurred outside of the times specified for the selected vehicles, allowing you to identify possible misuse of the fleet. The report allows you to easily access information such as: start/end time, driver, journey time, idle time, working hours, distance, average speed, top speed, carbon emissions and the start/end location or geofence. Geofence / POI / Location Report - The geofence (point of interest) or locations report allows you to view the time spent at the selected geofences for the specified vehicles, perfect for identifying delivery time at a customer's premises. The report can be configured to return data for all geofences or for a specific geofence. This allows you to easily access information such as: entry/exit time, driver, time spent within the geofence, and the name of the geofence that the vehicle was within. Engine Hours Report - The engine hours report allows you to view (in hours) the total time spent with the engine running for the specified vehicles. This allows you to easily access information such as start/end time, driver, engine hours, idle time, distance and the start end location or geofence. Engine Service Report (Since Last Vehicle Service) - The engine service allows you to view (in hours) the total time spent with the engine running for the specified vehicles. The report will be generated from the date of the vehicles last service to the present date.
