Implemented two of the largest financial management systems in the world for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the U.S. Army, and systems integrator, IBM. Noblis Developed an IT strategy to consolidate 22 separate telecommunications and IT networks into a single DHS One Network. 5 ABOUT EAGLE II The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has awarded the Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions II (EAGLE II) indefinitedelivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract.
