12 Management System for Focus Group of People Kaize Identity Recognition System for Focus Group of People is an identity recognition system researched and developed independently by Kaize based on the dynamic video images or static face images. It achieves the identity recognition by conducting smart analysis of the video flow received by the video monitoring system and extracting the face photos with pixels of 80*80 or above. Once the similarity of face with that in the backend face database exceeds the preset threshold, alarming will be given immediately, and the police will be informed in real time to make double check so that arresting can be carried out in a timely manner. 13 Campus Intelligent Management System Kaize Campus Intelligent Management System is used for conducting the big data analysis on the behaviors of the students in the school and of the group of people moving around the school in order to obtain the hobbies and interests of the students and the statistics of the people flow in the key management areas. It is also used for detecting the people density, monitoring the lost articles, detecting the invasion and recognizing the faces of the persons who are on the black list for entering into or leaving the school. After analyzing, the system will generate the visualized data results in forms of chart and curve, etc. which will then be submitted to the school management to take the measures accordingly in order to improve the management level of school.

14 Smart Search System Based on the target characteristics, Kaize Smart Video Retrieval and Analysis System can search quickly among the videos for the targets that match the conditions in such way to narrow the scope of investigation and lock further the target of criminal suspects. 18 Cases in Public Security Industry The management system for focus group of people is provided at the Paradise Walk, Jiangbei District, Chongqing. With this system, more than 30 high-definition cameras are installed in the business circles and around the circles, while database servers and image preprocessors, including intelligent image analysis processors, data analysis processors, switchboards at convergence layer and client computers, etc., are installed in the machine room. After the identity recognition system for focus group of people is applied, the effective warning instances has dropped by 14% as compared to that in the same period of last year, the warning instances of robbing and grabbing on the roads has dropped by 35% as compared to that in the same period of last year, and the detection rate of criminal cases has improved by nearly 11% as compared to that in the same period of last year.
