3 Introduction The Clanwilliam Group ( CWG ) is a healthcare focused, technology and services business. Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland with offices in Ireland, the UK & Australia Part of the Eli Global portfolio of businesses, CWG was founded by Eli Global chairman, Greg Lindberg and Irish healthcare technology entrepreneur, Howard Beggs CWG was established in October 2014 through the acquisitions of Helix Health and Socrates Healthcare (now Clanwilliam Health), leading healthcare technology companies in Ireland and the UK The business has grown both organically and via acquisition to date.
