4 ACTIVITY REPORTS Daily Report The Daily Report gives you a clean, easy-to-read version of your drivers daily activities. You ll be able to tell what time their day began, how long their vehicles spent on job locations, and at what time they returned home. All this insight based on your company s definition of what activity starts and ends your drivers work day. Our most popular report, the Daily Report can be used to verify your drivers timesheet. It can also be used to reconcile discrepancies in payroll and customer billings. Know what your drivers did on any given day. 4

5 ACTIVITY REPORTS Cost Analysis Report The Cost Analysis Report applies an associated cost with the time spent traveling and on-site, based on cost assumptions that you input directly for wages and fuel. This report highlights areas for ROI improvements based on the money spent per vehicle/driver. 5

6 ACTIVITY REPORTS Detailed Report The Detailed Report provides plot level detail for the location and activity of your drivers and vehicles. Use this report to detect inefficient dispatching or pinpoint vehicle location throughout the day to investigate any inconsistencies. 6

7 ACTIVITY REPORTS Geofence Report The Geofence Report provides insight as to how much time is being spent at identified Geofence locations or other key addresses. With Fleetmatics patented Suggested Geofence algorithm, your vehicle activity will be analyzed so that you can quickly and easily identify additional locations that your resources might be visiting on a regular basis. This report allows you to get a sense of where your resources go or how much total time is being spent by your team at specific locations. Fleetmatics REVEAL+ provides you with Geofence accuracy by notifying you when you re missing activity outside a Geofence. 11 DRIVING STYLE REPORTS Harsh Driving Incidents Report The Harsh Driving Incidents Report provides detailed information regarding each harsh driving incident triggered by a driver throughout their workday. Harsh Driving behavior includes: harsh cornering, hard braking and hard acceleration. Information can be used to coach drivers to reduce incidents moving forward. 11

12 DRIVING STYLE REPORTS Driving Style Summary Report Driving Style Summary Report provides summary level information of aggressive driving behavior. This report also includes our proprietary safety score ranking for each of your drivers. Use report to measure, manage safety program and reduce aggressive driving. Increase and promote safety and reduce excessive fuel waste. With the proprietary safety score, you are able to quickly see how your driver rank among their peers. This report allows you to focus on drivers that need more coaching while also enabling you to quickly identify and reward those with better driving habits. 12

13 PERFORMANCE REPORTS Carbon Footprint Report The Carbon Footprint Report provides a snapshot of your fleet s environmental impact over a specified period of time. This report takes into account the type of vehicle that is in your fleet year, make, model, mileage, fuel capacity and fuel type. Measure, manage and improve on green initiatives and programs. You can review fuel burn rates and overall imprint including projected CO2 emissions. 13

You have the ability to check lost fuel by looking at vehicle location in relation to fuel card activity location.
