1 This upgrade for SalesChain continues our user interface redevelopment project. We are in fact ahead of schedule and are very excited to introduce a number of newly developed features that include: All new Account view screen All new Word Processing utilities All new Delivery Desk viewer and Delivery Calendar toolset This upgrade also includes these new features: Account targeting and segmentation tools Advanced Profiling for major account development A fully integrated Digital Signature utility While all of this new functionality is taking shape, this upgrade includes a long list of feature enhancements and fixes that are outlined in the latter section of this release. All of us at Saleschain want to hear your comments. All New Account View Form The Account View form(s) has been completely redeveloped with a new responsive design, representing our next generation philosophy and techniques that will be applied to the entire system in the coming months. A sleek design and rapid response time, and the combined view and edit functionality define this updated form. Key new features and benefits of the new form include: SPEED this form is fast. One form that allows users to view and edit the details of the account. Book tab lists all assets with complete meter statistics and linked assets (no more selecting to view one asset at a time)

2 NOTE: THIS NEW FORM PROVIDES ALL OF THE FUNCTIONALITY WAS PREVIOUSLY FOUND IN THE ACCOUNT QUICK VIEW, ACCOUNT TOTAL VIEW, AND ACCOUNT MASTER VIEW FORM. Users may still access the previous view pages by selecting the view on the view on the upper right of the form. Forecasting Logging Lost Deals All of you know how important forecasting is to the success of your business. Marking deals won is easy but now we ve created a really easy to use function to mark lost opportunity with competitor data too! Here is how it works: 1. Select the opportunity in question on the forecast listing. 2. Drop down and select Competitive Loss from the Actions menu.

3 3. Enter the details of the lost opportunity, including the vendor, equipment and lease term. 4. When you press save, the status of the opportunity is changed and a competitor equipment record is created. NOTE: You don t have to worry about creating follow up task SalesChain s Competitor Equipment Workflow module is automatically going to notify you based upon the timeline that your dealership configured. on the forecasting screens.

4 Account Targeting & Segmentation Business Management Software We ve created a new advanced targeting tool to help you mark and organize accounts for specific selling initiatives. This feature allows you to quickly and easily identify mark accounts for specific product offerings based on criteria such as revenue and employees. For example, marketing accounts that are in the industry Banking, with 150+ Employees can be easily marked as Tier 1 MPS targets. Key features and benefits of this module include: Define specific targeting groups based on your business goals, such as MFD, MPS, MNS, Software, and 3d. Define a set of tier levels to rank the value or state of the account for each target, such as Tier 1, 2, 3. Easily assign and track accounts by target group. Included in this new feature is a new Account Profile list screen with specific display and sorting criteria that allows you to: 1. Search accounts by industry, revenue, number of employees and more. 2. Mark resulting accounts for specific targeting. When this feature is activated, the targeting assignments are clearly displayed on the Account View form: Delivery Desk The Delivery Desk has been completely redeveloped with a new responsive design, representing our next generation philosophy and techniques that will be applied to the entire system in the coming months. A sleek design and rapid response time define this updated utility.

5 Key new features and benefits of the design include: Update workflow assignment including assignment, completion and enter notes without having right on the delivery desk. Fast and easier search and sorting criteria One click store of user preferences Generating documents from the delivery desk has also been simplified. We added a filtering mechanism to the document template list that specifies the display to documents related to delivery. When users click on the generate document icon on the delivery desk, the user is now presented with available document templates that are specific to the delivery process as seen below: Delivery Calendar The Delivery Calendar tools have been completely redeveloped with a new responsive design, representing our next generation philosophy and techniques that will be applied to the entire system in the coming months. A sleek design and rapid response time define this updated utility. Key new features and benefits of the design include: Drag and drop delivery jobs to truck and scheduling assignments Ability to view one or multiple delivery truck schedules

6 One click store of user preferences Document Editor The Document Editor has been completely redeveloped with a new responsive design, representing our next generation philosophy and techniques that will be applied to the entire system in the coming months. A sleek design and CROSS BROWSER COMPATIBILITY define this updated utility. As part of this change, we have also modified the Document List form to include (and require) the user to enter a name for the document package:

7 Forecast Pipeline Tracking Our Pipeline Tracking forecasting module has been modified to allow distinct profiling criteria for targeted selling initiatives. This feature allows you to define distinct pipeline tracking selling steps for each of your targeted selling models, such as HW and MNS:

8 <SHOW PICTURE OF MNS> Order Desk We ve added a grouping and summary feature to the Order Desk that will display reporting totals for orders and proposals. Simply click on the Show Grouping icon to display group totals: Similar to the Forecasting reports, the expand/collapse feature will provide detail and summary reporting views on request. We also added an action to allow users to edit the Order Note property.

9 Sales Commissions We ve added a feature that provides the ability to pay a sales rep commission for orders originated in previous months based on the order s originating dates period reconciliation adjustment factor. Sales Rep Activity Report The Sales Rep Activity detail and summary report has been completely redeveloped. A sleek design and rapid response time define this updated utility. This new report is accessible to all sales users by accessing the menu item: Menu / Accounts & Activity / Sales Rep Activity. This newly redeveloped report provides a detailed listing of all actions performed within the system, with daily group totals. It loads faster, is responsive and provides expand and collapse functionality just like our new Forecasting reports.

10 Telemarketing Rep Activity Report Business Management Software The Telemarketing Rep Activity detail and summary report has been completely redeveloped with a new responsive design. A sleek design and rapid response time define this updated utility. This new report is accessible to all telemarketing users by accessing the menu item: Menu / Accounts & Activity / Telemarketing Rep Activity. This newly redeveloped report provides a detailed listing of all actions performed within the system, with daily group totals. It loads faster, is responsive and provides expand and collapse functionality just like our new Forecasting reports. <NEED AN IMAGE>

11 Other Features and Fixes Account List - We added a secured option to print the form. Appointments Assets - Added the company phone number to the appointment location field if one exists for the associated record. - Added Is Private feature to appoints to hide details from other people s view. - Added the ability to view appointment details when viewing another users calendar, if that user is within your hierarchy view privileges or if the user has a public calendar. - Fixed an issue where strings that contained apostrophes were causing the record to display incorrectly. - When editing an appointment and selecting users to invite, allow the user to select multiple users before closing down the drop box. - Fixed an issue that caused the with Account Name header to display when returning from viewing certain older appointments. - Modified the way All Day appoints display. We ve added an all-day row on the top of the calendar display instead of showing the appointment on the calendar itself. - Fixed an issue that was causing assets that were manually entered (ie: Customer with no ERP Integration) to be not visible in the Account Book tab summary. Calendar - We added a secured option to print the form. - Fixed an issue with the hyperlink to view detail records when appointments were associated with a Competitor Equipment record. - Fixed an issue that was causing certain addresses for invited contacts to be truncated. - Fixed an issue that caused the selected user to change when completing another users Delivery Workflow Assignment. - Expanded the allowable number of Tasks and Alerts to be displayed. Campaign - Fixed an issue that was blocking access to records based upon the user s hierarchy access.

12 Edit Form - Fixed an issue that caused cut and paste formatting to be blocked when using older versions of the Internet Explorer browser. Forecast - Fixed an issue that caused the show and short with Manager Confidence Percent to fail. - Modified the sort order to default to descending. Forecast by Category - Added a feature that will allow Specialist sales reps to view forecasted opportunities for any/all sales reps that have opportunities that include the relative targeted products. This feature overrides the user hierarchy access rules for only the specialist. - Fixed an issue that caused the show and short with Manager Confidence Percent to fail. - Modified the sort order to default to descending. Forecast Pipeline Tracking - Fixed an issue that caused the show and short with Manager Confidence Percent to fail. - Modified the sort order to default to descending. Monthly Revenue Expectation Report - We added the ability to click on and view audit detailed report for group totals. - We added a secured option to print the form. Order Desk - We added a secured option to print the form. - Modified the sort order to default to descending. SalesChain Mobile - Modified the Account Detail page to fix an issue that caused certain assets to not display. Sales Rep Activity Detail Report - We added a secured option to print the form. 13 - Fixed an issue that caused monthly totals to be off under certain conditions with partial payments. Task Edit Form - Fixed an issue that caused the window to resize when the note field Zoom button was pressed. Task Viewer - We added number of records value to the display.
