It was voted Private Equity International s Asia mid-market firm of the Year in 2016 and 2017 Everstone acquired Chemopharm under a new platform, Everlife, set up with a charter to be Asia s leading distribution company in the Analytical, Life Science and Medical Devices sectors Chemopharm will be a key anchor company for Everlife with the strong alignment of business strategies and directions.
