1 EDRMS and Information Analyst Team Leader Knowledge Management Nil. To ensure the integrity and quality of records management and archives programmes; and Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) services and support across Council. The provision of EDRMS and record management best practice training and support to all users across Council.

3 Ensure the implementation of Records Management and Archives Policies and Procedures to support an integrated organisational wide records and archives framework. Develop and implement a quality assurance programme for records and recommend and execute remedial actions to maintain data and system integrity. Champion and communicate user awareness of statutory obligations and best practice using a variety of channels. Provide advice and solutions as a credible organisational expert on HPERM(Councils electronic document and records management system) by diagnosing the cause of user issues and implementing timely solutions. Develop and deliver coaching and training programmes that engage and empowers users. Develop and Implement a Retention & Disposal Schedule. Collaborate with staff using conflict resolution, business knowledge and problem solving to promote confidence in Electronic Information Systems. Identify and act upon opportunities to leverage off HPERMs functionality to improve business processes. and user experience. Ensure compliance with the Public Records Act 2005, Standards for Public Offices and other relevant legislation and audit requirements. Development and provision of accurate and timely reports to the Team Leader on Councils performance against expectations and other data analysis as required. Track emerging business needs and identify implications for document and records management and report to the Team Leader Knowledge Management.

4 Undertake other activities, duties or projects (including internal projects ) as directed by your Manager/Group Manager in an efficient and effective manner. Attend and participate in Emergency Operations training (CIMS) and contingency planning to prepare for an emergency management event and actively participating in training exercises. Assist Council, as required, in managing a civil defence event, having due regard to the safety of your family. Champion, comply and promote the Council s health and safety systems, policies and procedures, current legislation, regulations and good practice ensuring you keep yourself and others safe.

5 Experienced EDRMS Administrator. Knowledge of records management and archives principles and the practical application of these in the workplace. Knowledge of research techniques and their practical application in the workplace. Understanding of the Public Records Act (PRA) 2005; any Standards for Public Offices issued under the PRA. Experience in the provision of training and user support. Experience with providing quality assurance and quality control processes. Well-developed time management and organisational skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. The ability to work both independently and in a team environment. The ability to communicate effectively and the ability to follow both written and oral instructions. Take action and responsibility for solving problems and making decisions to achieve desired outcomes. Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organisation. Ability to learn new tasks quickly and work flexibly in a changing environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, in particular Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
