GSI delivers innovative and effective management consulting services. Pioneering efforts in developing customizable processes, information technology solutions, and technical and business architectures which allows our team to provide clients with tailored leadership required to architect, manage, protect and oversee their organizations. Management Consulting Services Our services enable customers to leverage systems and technology, in order to make informed decisions from a customer facing perspective that incorporates strategic solutions. GSIs project management, information technology and strategic planning solutions deliver full lifecycle business support services to ensure success and continued growth. United States Air Force (USAF) Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC): As an employee of Macaulay Brown provided consultative services to the NC3 Center as Chief of Training and Education. Performed technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for 62 AF NC3 systems. Developed Distant Learning BS, MS and PhD programs for the professionalization of the NC3 Weapon System. USAF AFGSC: As an employee KT Consulting provided consultative services to the A2 Intelligence Directorate as an Acquisition Planner. Collaborated with AF/A2 and AF/A3/5, AFGSC A5/B in identifying and acquiring NC3 systems for the B-2, B-52, B-1, ALCS and GBSD AFGSC weapon systems. Managed A2 s modernization and sustainment planning for the B-2, B-52, B-1, ALCS and GBSD AFGSC weapon systems. USAF 608 th Air Operations Center: As an employee of Engility Corporation oversaw comprehensive training program, providing operational-level C4ISR of air and space forces for planning air and space operations. Conducted costbenefit analysis of internal vs. external training options; coordinated with suppliers to meet set quality and timeframes; analyzed impact of training against client requirements. Administered strategic training design projects involving career field instructional designs, implementation design, formal training design, and resource allocation design. Methodology and Tools The objective of the GSI Management Consulting methodology is to provide our customers with operational, strategic and integrated solutions that meet and exceed mission objectives. The methodology is designed to link tasks and skills to organizational missions, visions, and goals ensuring we provide the right solution at the right time. The methodology contains modules that focus on Business Process Reengineering, Business Redesign, and Strategic Implementation. Business Process Reengineering Focuses on Consulting Activities that include Strategic Intent and Organizational Repositioning, Opportunity Identification, and Operational aspects of Business Redesign. Develop a Business Vision and accompanying performance. This ensures the ensuing business design is both implementable and fully leverages organizational capability. Demonstrate elements of the business vision. This allows the program team to validate complex business design issues by demonstrating specific elements of the enabled business vision.

4 Design business processes that fully leverage the organizational capabilities. Business processes should be flexible and adaptable to future business requirements. Strategic Implementation Focuses on consulting activities that include strategic vision and targets organizational capabilities. Develop a compelling business case consisting of internal and external business drivers. Internal drivers include change imperatives related to strategy, people, process, and technology. External drivers include change imperatives related to customers, legislation, and external stakeholders.
