22 #8. USAGE How to get there: - Click the Usage tab. - The updated usage chart allows you to compare your current year usage with the previous years usage. By clicking on each series in the legend, you can decide which information to show. The usage chart also has a printable view, which lets you include the chart of any reporting needs. The chart on the Usage tab has been updated to include a year over year comparison. Usage and Spend for both the current year and previous year are displayed. Users can select which information to view. 22

23 #7. CONTRACTS In the Contracts tab, you can request and view your contracts online. MyAccount will also alert you when your contract is near expiration or ready for renewal (certain customers only). 23

24 #6. PAPERLESS BILLING My Account now gives you the option to enroll in paperless billing and receive your bills through . 24

25 #5. BROKERS & THIRD PARTY ACCESS We have reorganized how energy brokers and third party payers can work with their customers and be approved to have access to their customers' information. Our new automated system replaces a legacy paper-based process and will ease customer onboarding. Customers will now use this automated system to grant access to their Direct Energy Business accounts. 25

32 #2. MAKING PAYMENTS Certain power & gas customers can make one-time payments or set up recurring payments right from My Account. How to get there: - Click Payment Options on the right side of the page. 32

33 #2. MAKING PAYMENTS How to get there: - For one-time payments, select up to 10 accounts, click Next and proceed through steps 2 through 4. - To create or edit an existing auto-pay schedule, click Set Up Automatic Payments or Edit Automatic Payments. 33

INVOICE COPIES Use My Account to obtain PDF invoice copies hyperlinked by Invoice number or utilize My Account s Send Invoices feature which can be used to receive user-initiated s attaching up to 13 months worth of invoices for multiple accounts.
