4 1 Test Description This scenario describes all the activities for the Opportunity to Order scenario with the Quote in Cloud system and this is explained in the context of SAP Best Practices for SAP S/4HANA integration with SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer. The business process encompasses the following scope: o o o o o o o Searching for and reviewing account information. Creating activities like appointments adding them to activity lists, changing the status, deleting the appointments Create a new opportunity using SAP S/4HANA Master Data Check prices using SAP S/4HANA Master Data Create a follow up quote to the opportunity in SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer system Request external pricing from SAP S/4HANA for the follow up quote created Create a follow-up external document to sales quote The main target group for this scenario is sales people looking for fast, easy sales applications that help them close business. 8 3 Overview Table The scope item Opportunity to Order with C4C Quote using SAP NetWeaver PO consists of several process steps provided in the table below. 9 4 Test Procedures This section describes test procedures for each process step that belongs to this scope item. The test should take around 100 minutes 4.1 Manage Accounts Test Administration Customer project: Fill in the project-specific parts (highlighted). A list of accounts with details will be displayed The account overview page is displayed. 5. Display Account Team Choose ACCOUNT TEAM on the top menu bar. The Home page appears. The details of account team are displayed. 6. Add a New team member Choose Add button. 7. Save the Account Team Choose Add. Enter details of team member to be added as follows: Party Role: <choose from the drop down> Name:<select a name from the help> Select the Main checkbox, to add the team member as main contact. Choose Save. A new member to ACCOUNT TEAM is added. You have entered a description and a prospect. The changes to ACCOUNT TEAM are saved. Note Account team information resides only in SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer system and is not exchanged with the SAP S/4HANA back-end system. 11 4.2 Create Activity List Purpose Purpose is to create an activity list. The Appointment list is created. 4.3 Managing Appointments Purpose Purpose is to create an activity like appointment and add it to an Activity List. Create New Opportunity On the top right corner of the Opportunities list screen, choose New. Opportunity Create screen is opened. 4. Provide the following opportunity information 5. Opportunity overview screen is displayed. 2 Edit the opportunity Choose Edit. In the left side panel, change the distribution channel. Distribution Channel: Direct Sales Z1 Choose Save. 3 Add Product On the top navigation bar, choose Products tab and choose Add on the top right corner of the products screen. You assigned a product to the opportunity and requested the pricing for the product from SAP S/4HANA. 4.6 Create a Follow up Sales Quote Test Administration Customer project: Fill in the project-specific parts (highlighted). Verify the following data Document Type: <Sales quote with external pricing> Account: < > Primary Contact: <enter primary contact> External Reference: <enter any text for your reference> Date: <enter value> Owner: <Enter Owner> Sales Unit: <Choose Sales Unit> On the New Quote Screen, choose Save and Open New Quote Create page is opened. Personalize the Create screen to show the Document Type field. Data is accepted by the system. Sales quote is saved in the SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer system and overview screen is opened. 7 Maintain product data Product maintained in the opportunity is auto filled. 8 Calculate Product price Choose Actions Request External Pricing from external system. Price is fetched from the external system and displayed on the screen. 10 Save your changes 11 Submit Choose Save From the Actions dropdown menu choose Submit. Displays the PDF icon for opportunity, sales quote and Sales Order 7 Display PDF Choose the PDF icon displayed next to Standard Order (i.e., Sales Order).
