Mokganya Bethuel Ngwako is the sole director of the company, established in 2011 with the main office in Silverton (Tannery Industrial Park), Matshehlana Trading Enterprise (Pty) Ltd has vast experience in the steel and metal engineering, personal protective equipment (PPE). Matshehlana Trading Enterprise (Pty) Ltd pledges itself to providing precision and close to perfection (fabrication) cutting, bending, general steel works/steel products and general supply of goods and services that meets clients requirements and statutory/regulatory standards. Our clients are (but not limited to) Transnet, City of Tshwane, Comsol Wireless Solutions, various government departments, privatge entities and general households. Assisted by our well maintained high capacity machinery, equipment and highly competent team we have sufficient capacity to execute any project it being a single small item to complex multi phase projects. We adhere to all the ISO 9000:2008 Standards (in the process of obtaining certification) by communicating all the quality management systems to all structures/stakeholders of the organization to inhance our products/services for continueal improvements. 4 Laser Cutting Through our partnership with some of our partners, we are able to provide precision laser cutting as a part of our overall custom metal fabrication services. This capability and technology allows us to meet a variety of applications in a wide range of materials and thicknesses. We are thus able to keep up with the latest industry developments in technology and ensure exposure to the the latest lasercutting, enabling us to provide the high standards that we do, and keeps our competitive edge. With laser technology, materials can be cut with reduced burring, and extreme precision and speed! Precision Sheet Fabrication Our fabrication department offers a wide variety of services to our customers and currently consists of two x welding bays. These bays are equipped with machinery that handles the welding of both mild and stainless steel. We aim to meet and surpass your sheet metal fabrication requirements to the highest standards of quality, delivered when you require it, and at a very competitive price. We offer a complete range of Precision Sheetmetal Fabrication Services. Our product range includes: Bracketry, Enclosures, Busbars, Panels etc. We are currently supplying Transnet Engineering with various precision manufactured rail rolling stock items including round bars, clamp pipe anchors, geardrafts, mounting brackets etc. Our Machinery 1 x 50 ton Pressbrake Machine 1x EBS Eccentric Press Machine Our Team

5 Matshehlana has a small team of five (5) full-time employees as well as one temporary employee. We are in the process of acquiring two cnc machines, a plasma cutter as well as a pressbrake, which will mean that we will be employing two machinists to add to our workforce with the likelihood of another welder. We are currently formulating a growth strategy whose main focus is expansion of our current activities. We are currently turning over R2million annually and are looking to grow this above R5million within the next two years. A key part of this strategy involves certification through either the SABS or any other competent standards body.
