2 THANK YOU MORE THAN 20 SUCCESSFUL YEARS! July 2015 marked the 20th anniversary of the BOC Group. Prof. Dr. Dimitris Karagiannis and a few fellow campaigners from the then existing BPMS research group of the University of Vienna had founded the company in Ever since, an international medium-sized company has emerged and has become an innovative and successful market player for IT-based management tools and associated services. In addition to this portfolio we have actively and sustainably expanded to new regions and markets. At the same time, this change has always been accompanied by some constant factors: in strongly cooperative relationships with our clients we have always been open to dialogue and have never considered ourselves a unidirectional provider. We promote innovation through our experience, which we have gained through a large number of challenging projects, and we integrate this experience actively in the continuous development of our products and services. Furthermore, we emphasize diversity among our employees that, today, originate from nearly 30 nations and deliver creative ideas and solutions from different perspectives.
