2 Programme Vision To provide a global and sustainable platform that facilitates market-driven and transparent exchanges of technology, assets, services, and financial resources among the private sector, public sector, and civil society for inclusive growth of countries in the South.

3 Objectives Track I - To facilitate exchanges of assets, technology and financial resources among SMEs in the South Track II - To foster public-private and triangular partnerships on small infrastructure projects in the South Track III - To assist in matching demand and supply of contribution and partnership opportunities for under-funded developmentrelated projects

6 SS-GATE Track I Pilot Business Model SMEs Submit Proposals go through an initial screen SMEs in selected by POs to determine company countries soundness and completeness of their proposals go through an additional screen seek funds via by SUAEE to review company accessible financing soundness and completeness of institutions their proposals post their projects on the SUAEE exchange, to be viewed by Transaction Management System Companies Review Proposals review projects Companies in selected and submit countries providing interest/offer to technology or investment their POs go through a screen by the PO passes their POs to determine on the company s company soundness interest/offer to SUAEE SUAEE reviews the interest/offer for completeness and posts them to exchange SME submitting project proposal reviews offers and determines best option Transaction Management System Criteria Criteria 2 Criteria 3 Criteria 4 Transaction Occurs a match is made.
