7 Anonymous Data Services Background 7 One of the key impacts of AMI deployment is the availability of interval energy usage data, which can support the development of new products and services and enable the market to deliver greater value t o customers Why offer Anonymous Data Usage? 8 Anonymous Data Service Offering: What Has Been Built 8 The anonymous data product offering includes up to 24 months access to 30-minute interval energy usage data. This usage data is on a meter per meter basis, it is not aggregated. Data sets will include data available for all zip codes where Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) meters have been installed within the ComEd territory that meet the anonymization protocol specified by the Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC). There are two specific products: a five digit zip code offering (zip) and a nine digit zip code offering (zip +4). 5-Digit Zip Code All zip codes in service territory Broken down by class Includes load profile Aligns with 15/15 protocol 9-Digit Zip Code All zip codes +4 in service territory Broken down by class Includes load profile Aligns with 15/15 protocol

10 How it Works Each month, ComEd will generate and upload the Anonymous Data Files for the previous month. This will happen no later than the fifteenth day of each month. 2. External Entities can find the request and agreement form on ComEd.com at: ComEd.com/ADS 3. External Entities will then need to the completed registration form and signed agreement to: 4. ComEd will send a PayPal invoice to the External Entity to collect payment to access the files. 5. ComEd will grant access to the applicable Anonymous Data Files (up to 24 months of interval data) as requested after payment confirmation is received by ComEd. 6. External Entities will have 35 days to access and download the applicable Anonymous Data files through ShareFile at which point the access will cease.

Experience includes 25 years at ComEd, and another 13 at Elevate Energy effectively making him a human extension of the electricity grid. Chair of the ANSI C12 SC17 and IEEE SCC31 Standards Committees, member of the National Institute of Standards and the Technology Smart Grid Interoperability Panel, and is an Illinois Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.). MBA in Statistics from Roosevelt University and a BS from Illinois Institute of Technology.

25 Speaker #3 Name Clare Butterfield Background Program Director at Illinois Science & Energy Innovation Foundation (ISEIF) Helps to originate and manage the grants function since Previously was the founder and Executive Director of Faith in Place for 14 years and provides a background in grassroots environmental education around Illinois, and wide network of relationships in the field. Also worked as a transactional attorney, specializing in corporate and tax law. J.D. from the University of Illinois, a Doctor of Ministry from Chicago Theological Seminary and a Masters of Divinity from Meadville Lombard Theological School. Ordained as a Unitarian Universalist minister.
