1 Oracle Utilities Work & Management Release Notes Release V Checked items may require configuration following installation. SR # Module Description TRAX- Account Expense Codes view: Fixed column headings on the Expense Code field LOV. LRIV Asset Results view:- increased the size of the Description column. User can also double click on field to more easily read entire description. MWIL-22 Asset Added new view to Asset module > Asset Activity Log. The new view displays all Asset Activity Logs associated to the Asset record. SKIR-29 Asset Activity Log A new module has been added: Asset Activity Log. This new module allows users to log Comments, Downtime and Runtime entries. Please refer to the Users Guide for further detail. KPAR Asset Inspection Corrected spelling of "Asset Class" in the Asset ID LOV. Data KPAR-398 Asset Navigator Bill of Materials section: The "expand" icon is now on the correct item. SKIR-50 Asset, Department, Added Period Cost and Cost Summary export features (HTML, Text, XLS) to modules: Asset, Department, Area and Component ID. For screens that have Area, Component split data sections, such as Area's Cost Summary, clicking on the section ID needing to export will activate the appropriate export action. EAM-280 Bill of materials Cursor is no longer lost when adding new BOM Items to BOM via New icon, F6, or mouse-click KPAR-332 Bill of Materials When a document is attached to a BOM in the BOM module an asterisk appears next to the Drawing Documents in the Views area. TRAX Catalog Users no longer get errors when saving new column layouts on the Results of Search screen. KPAR Change Request In a Catalog Change Request for the Add New Catalog Information update option, when the user tabs out of 'Copy MFR to RFQ', the focus now goes to the Storeroom field. SPLW Change Request Status change of Pending Approval > Rejected now uses the correct approval document type to determine if the status change is allowed for the user. KPAR-66.1 Function The Premium Labor Burden and Regular Labor Burden amounts are now included in the Function Work History view. LRIV Process Added LOVs to Location fields on Process Search and Process Header screens. EAM-190 Storeroom Users are now able to modify and save a primary bin location without an error, when their responsibility levels allow only Display and Select for the Storeroom module, but Insert, Update, and Delete for bin locations on storeroom records. EAM Storeroom Direct, Consignment, and Phantom stock types can no longer be set up for Automatic Reorder, Reorder Review, or Contact Reviewer. KPAR Storeroom The Storeroom Total Value and Average Unit Price are now calculated correctly when a Price Change is made via a Change Order and the Catalog has a PI Ratio other than 1. 2/21/2008 Page 1

2 SKIR-32 Storeroom A new option has been added to the Invoice Setup Criteria; AVERAGE UNIT PRICE CALCULATION. This rule defines how the system calculates Average Unit Price (AUP) for a storeroom when the difference between the total amount of an invoiced item is greater than the total amount on the original purchase order item. If the rule is set to OFF, the entire difference is applied evenly among the Storeroom Item On Hand Quantity. If the rule is set to ON, the difference per item is applied. SPLW Storeroom Search Options view: Primary Bin fields now allow the full 20 characters to be SPLW Storeroom entered. The Storeroom "Last Issue Date" is no longer updated for Stock Checkout Account Return (AR) and Work Order Return (WR) transactions. TRAX Storeroom The date and time when a purchase order status is set to Issued is now tracked for inventory, expense and direct type stock codes in the associated storeroom. LRIV Storeroom The PURCHASING OPTIONS Business Rule has been modified with a new option, STORES LOOKAHEAD REQUIRED DATE. The Business Rule option has two values: PO and PO Item. If the option is set to PO then the existing processing is maintained for the Stores Lookahead View in the Storeroom module. If the option is set to PO ITEM then the "Due In" date for Purchase Orders (PO) is generated from the PROMISE_DATE first then REQUIRED_DATE if PROMISE_DATE is null from the table SA_PURCHASE_ORDER_ITEM. TRAX Storeroom Work Demand view: Drilldown on the Work Order number opens either the regular Work Order or Fleet Work Order based on where the demand originates. KPAR Storeroom / Purchase Order Corrected Purchase Order status processing to correctly update the Storeroom On Order quantity based on PO Item quantity being changed when the Purchase Order status is changed from Updating to Issued. LRIV Storeroom Setup Modified LOVs on all account fields to only list ACTIVE accounts. Release V SR # Module Description EAM-631 Asset Search screen: Specification Category field length increased from 10 to 15 characters. EAM-925 Asset The measurement unit is now retained on the Associated Operational Tolerances View. EAM Asset The Work History view is now optimized to increase data retrieval efficiency. LRIV Asset The PM Schedule view script optimized to reduce time when navigating to the Asset PM Schedule view. LRIV Asset Inspection Data / Asset Fixed INSPECTION_CRITERIA_WEIGHT to be a number and removed the format mask. Class LRIV Asset Navigator Users no longer receive an error when accessing the Department Navigator. LRIV Asset Navigator Users no longer receive an error when they drilldown from forms to the Asset Navigator. MHUL-10.1 Asset Navigator The Asset Manager no longer lists all specifications if the asset does not have an associated specification. 3 TRAX Asset Navigator Added new option to of "Show Fleet Assets" to the "Filter Assets" option. When the option is selected, users will see fleet assets grouped under "FLEET - Fleet Asset". SKIR-71 Bill of Material / Master Catalog Added new processing to the Bill of Material and Master Catalog modules to allow users to Replace or Delete Stock Codes from Bill of Material records. Bill of Material: A new Action: Copy Breakdown has been added to the Breakdown level of the Bill of Materials to copy a breakdown of Stock Codes to all Bill of Materials where the Stock Code at the top level exists. Master Catalog: A new Action: Update BOM(s) has been added to the Master Catalog to allow users to delete a Stock Code from all Bill of Materials where it exists or replace a Stock Code with a new or different Stock Code on all Bill of Materials where it exists. EAM Catalog The TRUCK_STOCK_IND field has been added to the SAIF_CATALOG interface table. EAM Cost Adjustments Work Order Task LOV has been modified to include FINISHED tasks that are on APPROVED Work Orders. EAM Document Control Removed file existence checking by the application server to prevent the application from hanging when a record is created and saved in the Document Control module. LRIV-1110 Process Corrected column names for Manager and Department on search results screen. EAM Storeroom Modified the checkout process to ensure that, when the Average Unit Price extends to four decimal places, the total storeroom value never goes below $0.00 when the On-Hand quantity is reduced to zero. EAM-818 Storeroom Negative values for REORDER_QUANTITY, MINIMUM_QUANTITY, MAXIMUM_QUANTITY are no longer allowed on a storeroom record. TRAX Storeroom End of period processing no longer enters records into sa_storeroom_usage if the storeroom record has NULL or 0 in the mtd_usage_quantity column. TRAX Storeroom Results of Search screen: The user is now able to change and save column layout without receiving and error. SKIR-51.2 Storeroom setup Company name field has been increased from 30 to 35 characters. RWIN-23.1 Storeroom Transaction Log All IW transactions in the Storeroom Transaction Log now include account number and expense code. Release V Bug DB# Module Description Area The scroll bars for the two sections on the Cost Summary view work properly Asset Fixed Error on Asset Cost Views Asset Has Service History' status is now visible in the Work History view of the Asset and Enterprise Asset Modules Asset Activity Log Use_Date validation from Specification Template now works in the Asset Activity Log/Log Specifications View Asset Activity Log Custom Menus now display correctly Asset Navigator Users can no longer access the Asset Navigator from the home page unless they have the Asset Navigator module responsibility Asset Operational Data When next and previous arrows are used to navigate between records, the record title information is updated correctly. 2/21/2008 Page 3

Performance improved by deferring the query on the following relationships: ASSET HISTORY RENEWAL, ASSET HISTORY, CATEGORY COST YTD, CATAGORY COSTS, OPERATIONS DATA, DEPRECIATION BOM Modified processing to ensure the Major BOM field is populated when a new record is created, whether the BOM ID is system or manually generated BOM Restored the ability to have the same Stock Code on a BOM at different levels BOM Corrected search processing to allow successful searches using Stock Code and Component ID fields Document Control The file name and file path has a max of 200 characters. Using the Browse button no longer truncates the file name and file path to 82 characters Document Control Modified BLOB processing to eliminate sporadic issue of BLOBs not being properly uploaded into the database Employee The following Auto-Timesheet issues have been corrected: 1. Start date is now only required when AUTO_CREATE_TIMESHEET_IND = Y. 2. Shifts are now taken into account when auto_timesheets are created for employees working on the same WO task on different days and different shifts Each Asset (Configure) record now has a separate Assets/Components record Storeroom / Component ID Corrected processing to ensure that the correct storeroom information is retrieved by the functions: sdbf_get_available_quantity and sdbf_get_average_repair_cost Storeroom Increased Maximum Data Length for Selection Order By from 40 to Storeroom Log Transfer_No column added to SA_STOREROOM_LOG Storeroom Setup Users can now save new Storeroom records without receiving an error. 2/21/2008 Page 4
