In contrast to the summit held in 2012, which focused exclusively on banking, we are widening the program scope to financial services this year covering the three main domains of banking, capital markets, and insurance. Take advantage of a series of keynote and breakout sessions, successful enablement, best-practice sharing, networking, and industry thought leadership. The agenda covers SAP s corporate strategy as well as its strategy for the financial services industry, views from the outside, key success factors, and value drivers. 4 Target Group The SAP Financial Services Summit is SAP s largest enablement and community meeting, where SAP colleagues and partners from across the world gather to gain and exchange information that will drive success in Who Should Attend? The SAP Financial Services Summit is an established global event designed for partners and SAP colleagues to engage in business networking and learn about the latest trends, strategies, and innovations for the financial services industry. Last year, 600 SAP colleagues from more than 40 countries, together with 200 representatives from 50 partner companies, attended the 2012 summit. Attendees represented a wide range of areas that included sales and services, solution management and development, active global support, ecosystem, marketing, communications, and operations. In 2013, we have expanded participation from banking to include capital markets, insurance, and new teams, such as those from Ariba. In addition, we are welcoming new partners and increasing overall participation. Participation of SAP colleagues is by invitation only. All nominated SAP employees will receive an invitation from central event management containing a unique link for registration. By Car From Utrecht/Amsterdam Take the A12 toward The Hague. The A12 becomes the Utrechtsebaan; follow this road until it ends. Turn left at the traffic lights. Now you are on the Zuid Hollandlaan. At the end, turn right at the traffic lights. You are now on the Koningskade, which becomes the Raamweg. Drive under the viaduct, and immediately go right around the bend onto the Hubertus Viaduct. You are now on the Prof. B.M. Teldersweg, which becomes the Johan de Wittlaan. Follow the signs for the World Forum, and park in one of the underground parking garages. From Amsterdam/Leiden Take the A44 toward Den Haag N44. Just after the city of Wassenaar, take exit Den Haag/Scheveningen N14. As you follow this road, you enter the Hubertus tunnel. Continue straight on when you exit the tunnel, and follow the Prof. B.M. Teldersweg. This road becomes the Johan de Wittlaan. Follow the signs for the World Forum, and park in one of the underground parking garages. From Rotterdam From the A13, follow the signs toward Amsterdam (A4) on the roundabout Ypenburg. At the Prins Clausplein, follow signs for Den Haag/Voorburg. Drive over the viaduct and follow the signs for The Hague. You are now on the Utrechtsebaan. The route description then continues as above (from Utrecht/Amsterdam).

9 Registration, Housing, and Transfers Registration for Partners To register for the SAP Financial Services Summit, please use the online registration form at /financialservices/summit/2013. Registration for SAP Colleagues Participation is by invitation only. All nominated SAP employees will receive an invitation from central event management containing a unique link for registration. Registration Fees Full conference pass: 850 plus Dutch VAT (21%) Your registration fee covers attendance at all presentations, conference documents, and refreshments during lunch, dinner, and evening events. Expenses for travel, accommodations, and related items are not included in the registration fee. Payment for registration must be received prior to the event. Please be advised that your registration is not considered confirmed until payment has been received in full. All payments must be made in euros. All fees incurred in connection with bank transfers are to be paid by those making the transfer. If a participant does not wish to or cannot take advantage of any items that the registration fee covers, no refunds or reduced registration fees can be issued. Because the number of participants is limited, registrations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. For that reason, we recommend that you reserve your place early; the registration deadline is April 12, Registration Office The conference registration office at Grass Roots DMS will send you a confirmation of your registration. Transfers Bus shuttles are available for most of the hotels from May 6 through May 8. Bel Air Hotel The Hague, Crown Plaza Promenade Hotel, and Novotel Den Haag World Forum are within walking distance to the conference venue. No bus shuttles are planned from these hotels. For SAP employees only: the registration fee will be covered by Global Financial Services. Travel costs will not be reimbursed by the event organization; they must be covered by your respective cost center. Registration Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made in writing and must reach us no later than April 12, For cancellation requests received after April 12, 2013, no refund will be given. A substitute can be sent in place of a registered participant as long as the conference registrar, Grass Roots DMS, receives a written notification by April 19, 2013, at SAP_FSS2013@delegate.com.
