17 Executive Summary The payment industry is currently undergoing a significant transition. The regulatory requirement to be EMV compliant as well as Mobile Payments dominating the retail trend of most projects by Small & large enterprise. What we do know is that Banks & Telecom acquirers are facing difficulty in deploying in a timely manner without exception to being burdened with capital expenditures.
