22 Expocad This product allows you to work within the graphical interface of EXPOCAD to create and modify booth assignments and then transfer that data to the imis Exposition Management system for invoicing and tracking of exhibitor information. The purpose of the EXPOCAD interface is to allow booth selection and assignments to occur in EXPOCAD while maintaining billing and prospecting capabilities in imis. The EXPOCAD interface and imis Exposition Management system work independently, but collectively: Booth inventory numbers are maintained in EXPOCAD. The ExpoCadExp event file contains all the data pertinent to renting, un-renting, or editing existing rented booth information EXPOCAD booth information is imported into imis based on booth assignment activity within EXPOCAD. All order processing is completed in the Exposition Management system.
