2 Revenue Agency press release of the 14 th June 2018 Free of charge services, a pre-registration service and a QR-Code generation service, are now available for all tax payers. Starting from the 15 th June each taxpayer can: 1. With the pre-registration service: all taxpayers (companies and professionals) can communicate earlier their electronic address to which they want to receive all the electronic invoices. In this way their VAT number will be exclusively linked to that specific electronic address regardless of the fact that the supplier indicates this address or not in the file of the electronic invoice. In order to pre-registered the electronic address, taxpayers need to log in personally or through a delegated intermediary to this on-line service, available at their personal area of the Revenue Agency website. The address indicated in this section is unique, but may be modified or canceled at any time. 2. With the QR-Code generation service: generate a two-dimensional barcode that can be shown to the supplier via smartphone, tablet or on paper. Through the QR-Code service the supplier could automatically acquire all the information related to the client quickly and without the risk of making mistakes. The QR-Code can be saved in pdf format and printed or stored on the phone. The information data contained in the QR-Code are those valid at the time of its generation, therefore if there will be later changes, it will be necessary to destroy it and to generate a new one. 2

3 QR- Code It is similar to a digital business card and it could be particularly useful for petrol refueling, that, starting from the 1 st July, could also be carried out during the closing time or in "self-service" modality. Obviously also the columns of fuel gas station will have to be equally adequate. Further developments on this specific topic are required. 3

7 1. Telematic address pre-registration service 1. Enter into your personal Fisconline account; 2. Click on Fatture e Corrispettivi; 3. Select in the «Fatturazione elettronica» box the link «Registrazione dell indirizzo telematico dove ricevere le fatture», indicated by the red arrow. 7

8 1. Telematic address pre- registration service 4. Choose whether to indicate the Recipient Code (7-digit alphanumeric code) or the PEC as the default address to which receive e-invoices; 5. Enter and press confirm. 8

10 2. QR-Code generation service 1. In the "Generazione QR Code partita IVA box, you can now retrieve your QR code in both PDF (red arrow) and Jpeg images format (green arrow); 2. The QR Code will contain all your identification data, which includes the PEC or the Recipient Code that you have pre-registered. 10
