The server that was in place at Bayview was not set up properly by our previous IT support company...had IDE drives, etc., so it was decided we upgrade to SCSI drives and ghost the data from the old drives to the new ones and basically clean the server up. This is a process that can be difficult. Moving our network support business to Canon continues to pay dividends for our business and has proven to be the right decision. Actually, the CPPI staff are never aware if there is maintenance on the equipment because the machines are available consistently - never any downtime. CPPI also has an ongoing contract with Canon for the office computers and network maintenance. Again, there is never any downtime and CPPI has never had a computer nightmare.
