Identify clear evaluation criteria, implement and provide feedback and guidance for future use to ensure the ongoing use of the PCT & capture of best practice. 2. Obtain and evaluate comparative data from across projects (subject to individual project agreement, nothing commercially sensitive) 3. Practical support to identified projects including facilitation & evaluation workshops, ensuring effective data sharing & giving feedback to companies to enable their effective collaboration based on the PCT.
