2 ABOUT WMS Wilson Mining Services (WMS) commenced operations in 10 and is proud to have always been 100% Australian owned and operated. The administration, workshop and warehouses are located near Newcastle, NSW. The company s secondary office and warehouse are located in Mackay, QLD with operations throughout Australasia. Company Directors have a wide range of qualifications and knowledge in all matters relating to the Company s operations and development. This includes a strong background in the technical and general understanding of the Australian coal mining industry together with those specialised skills required in the areas of chemistry and commerce. Initially the Company s activities centred around general contracting work for the underground coal mining industry. However, certain specialised areas were identified as a focus for long term operations. These include underground drilling, supply and installation of underground ventilation control devices, the installation of secondary support systems including polyurethane injection, fenoflex injection and cavity filling. The Micon explosion-rated seal and Rocsil cavity fill are industry leading products. WMS as a business is certified in AS/NZS ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems-requirements. A Safety Management System is in place which meets all Australian Regulatory requirements. Comprehensive Training Programs for all employees are included as part of these requirements. The Company has operated successfully since its inception and will carry on in the future to satisfy customer needs by developing, sourcing and providing new and innovative products and services to the Australian mining industry. 4 MEET OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM WMS is proud to have a highly competent, experienced and qualified management team who have had extensive experience in the Australian mining sector. Mark Levey Mitcham Ostle Neil Alston CEO Marketing/Sales Director Business Development Manager Mark has worked in the mining industry for more than 36 years in a variety of roles including Mine worker, Mining Engineer, Mine manager, General Manager and CEO. He commenced as CEO for WMS in His experience across mining operations over this period provides him with broad knowledge of market needs and also provides insight to the provision of capabilities required of WMS in order to serve his customers. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining), an MBA, a Mine Managers Certificate of Competency, and is a FAusIMM, and a GAICD. Mitcham has his completed his Coal Mining Certificate Course and has been in the mining industry for over 37 years working in the fields of strata control products and strata consolidation across the coal mining, civil and hardrock industries. He was directly involved in the introduction of Australian Roof Bolting Technology to British Coal where he spent 2 and ½ years including time spent in Japan introducing the same technology. He has been a Director of WMS since 15 and has had extensive experience in all facets of the business and its operations. Neil has worked in the coal mining industry for more than 30 years in a variety of roles including mining engineer, technical services manager, mine manager and consultant. He commenced as Business Development Manager for WMS in July His broad experience has positioned him to deliver technical, management and business capabilities to serve his customers. He holds BE (Mining) Hons 1, ME (Mining), MBA (with Merit) and NSW Coal Mine Manager qualifications. Matt Williams Adam Raine Jason Knights QLD Operations Manager NSW Operations/Business Manager Commercial Manager 4 Matthew has worked in the coal mining industry for more than 18 years in a variety of roles including Heavy Diesel Fitter, Mechanical Coordinator, State Manager, Business Developer, and Water Management Coordinator. He commenced as Queensland Operations Manager for WMS in His experience across the various facets of underground mining, and having performed staff and middle management roles with coal mining companies and contractors alike has positioned him to deliver a premium quality service. He enjoys meeting his clients challenges and establishing relationships with his customers. Adam has more than 20 years experience in underground coal & hard & soft rock tunnelling throughout Australia, Europe, USA & South East Asia specialising in strata support products and applications with particular focus around selfdrilling bolts and bolting automation. Adam s previous roles have included Product Line Manager & NSW Mining Manger. Adam commenced as the NSW Operations / Business Manager for WMS in September Jason has worked as an accountant for 18 years in a variety of roles including most recently as a Financial Controller in the asphalt/construction industry. Previous to this he worked as a qualified accountant in a number of large investment banks and insurance organisations in London and Dublin. He commenced as Commercial Manager for WMS in May His experience across the accounting discipline has positioned him to deliver timely and accurate financial reporting and budgeting to the business whilst also ensuring all compliance and accounts matters are handled effectively. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance along with postgraduate chartered accountant qualification.

6 SPECIALIST PRODUCTS WMS supply a range of highly specialised products. We invest a significant amount of money and resources in R&D to bring these products to market. WMS is proud to have pioneered the introduction of phenolic cavity fill and injection products to the Australian coal industry. We have exclusive commercial arrangements with our key suppliers such as Weber in France and Micon in USA. Marithan polyurethane resin injection systems used for stabilising fractured or unstable ground. Rocsil phenolic foam cavity filling system for cavity filling, air and gas sealing and stabilisation of highly fractured strata. Fenoflex phenolic strata injection system provides major improvements in both safety and productivity when compared to current PUR injection systems. 2 and 5psi Quickseal ventilation control devices are explosion tested, easier to install, dustless and more cost effective than conventional cementitious type stoppings. The Micon 20psi explosion resistant seal proven worldwide and considered the benchmark for quality seals and bulkheads in the Australian mining industry since 16. New cost-competitive ventilation control devices soon to be commercialised are 20psi Micon HB and 20psi Quickseal. This will provide a full suite of chemical and ventilation seal products to customers.. We have technical reports to support our claim that our products are superior to our competitors. CUSTOMERS Over the last 27 years, WMS has worked with all major coal mining companies including Anglo American, BHP Billiton, Centennial Coal, Glencore, Peabody, Rio Tinto, Vale, Whitehaven and Yancoal. 6

We are currently working on an exciting range of new and improved products and to establish new markets, customers and alliances. A priority is the development of bulk chemical handling systems to greatly reduce manual handling and chemical exposure risks. We also have leading-edge proven surface-to-seam (remote) and long hole chemical systems putting WMS at the forefront in underground coal chemical application techniques.
