1 IDBI Limited Pre-qualification of Vendors CCTV, SAS, FAS & ACS on Rental Basis Applications are invited in the prescribed format for pre-qualification of vendors for CCTV, Security Alarm System (SAS), Fire Alarm System (FAS) & Access Control System (ACS) on Rental basis for its proposed 400 new/relocated/existing s Branches Pan-India. The vendors, who have satisfactorily carried out supply, installation, testing and commissioning of CCTV, SAS, FAS & ACS for the s and agree to provide the same on Rental basis for 6 years period may submit their application as per the format to "The General Manager (IMD), IDBI Ltd., 4th Floor, IDBI Tower, Cuffe Parade, WTC Complex, Mumbai Vendors fulfilling the following criteria shall be eligible for prequalification : Minimum annual financial turnover of the vendor should be Rs.10.0 Crore every year during last 3 financial years ending March 31, 2016 (Auditors report/balance-sheet indicating the same shall be attached). The vendor should have positive net worth during the last 3 financial years ending March 31, 2016 (CA certificate & P&L Account statements to be given). The vendors who have expertise in providing composite solution for CCTV, SAS, FAS & ACS (all the four items) are only eligible to apply. The vendors who have successfully executed during last 3 financial years ending March 31, 2017, the supply, installation, testing and commissioning at minimum 200 s Branches per year Pan-India and those who have service set-up across the country for prompt after sales service are eligible to apply (documentary evidence may be provided)..2

2 -2- The vendors shall have service network in all major cities across the country (atleast 20) to take care of the supply, installation and after sales services. The list of offices/service centers shall be attached as per format in Annexure-III The vendor shall have executed rental rate contract for similar items with atleast 2 scheduled s in India (attach proof), which may include IDBI also. The vendors, who fulfill the above criteria may download the application from our website i.e. Application (Annexure-I) complete with all the details as per the format be submitted in a sealed envelope along with Annexure-II, super-scribing the name of the work and Annexure-III with the name, addresses and contact details of the service representatives at all locations across the country to "The General Manager (FIMD), IDBI Ltd., IDBI Tower, 4 th floor, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai on or before hrs. on August 30, 2017".
