8 Dimensional Insight Provider Comments We use The Diver Platform for the administrative dashboard, which is open and available for everyone every day. We also push a PDF version of the previous day's dashboard to the C- suite every morning. That PDF includes the previous day's month-to-date and year-to-date volumes, performance to budget, and KPIs. 9 Dimensional Insight Provider Comments We used Dimensional Insight s implementation services for a recent upgrade, and that went really well. We were extremely satisfied with the vendor's services. Dimensional Insight has a framework for implementations that works out of the box. They delivered prepopulated data models and executive dashboards, and that is typically what a hospital would want to see. We were also able to customize the system, and the vendor came on-site to help us set up what we wanted on our dashboards, how we would count things, and what the data governance would be. Everything was there for us to validate. The vendor also did some training that was packaged with the implementation services, and that training was very well done. CIO Copyright KLAS

10 Dimensional Insight Provider Comments We love the latest version release for a few key reasons. First, we love the ease of use for end users. Second, we love the fact that it has a measured definition so that any end user can see where and when the data is coming from behind the scenes. Third, we love that the product came with a healthcare framework that allowed for a quick implementation of reporting across the entire organization. Manager Copyright KLAS

11 Dimensional Insight Provider Comments The problem with Dimensional Insight is that they don t do enough QA processing. The QA process is very informal, and that caused frustration during our last upgrade. I could see that Dimensional Insight needs to improve that area. We are migrating to the new version, which has technology to help us continue to improve performance. Dimensional Insight needs to have a better structure when they are releasing new products. The vendor probably does not have a very well-structured process for beta testing before releasing the software. Many times when they release the software, we deal with a lot of bugs, rewrites, and things like that. So that is an area where I would like to see a lot of improvement. VP Copyright KLAS
