11 P-Card P-Card Reallocation and electronic statements have successfully rolled out to 18 schools and divisions by the end of this month. Hundreds of faculty & staff are using the new process. This means that many of us are now performing their P-Card reallocations and processing P-Card electronic statements electronically using KFS. 11

12 P-Card Training Training has been changed a bit since the pilot group. We have started training cardholders in Kuali with their actual statements opposed to in test system. It lets cardholders get work done while attending training and it is also easier for them to grasp the new process when looking at their real data. This means that in most cases cardholders will be trained after they receive their first electronic statement, right around the 15 th of every month. 12

13 What changes can current users expect? We hope to be adding an optional proxy role to the electronic statement process. We also plan to include a notes section for supervisors to use when returning an estatement for corrections. We are also in the process of identifying and creating a new role for an individual other than the cardholder, supervisor or SBO to review statements (Someone like a Financial Manager). 13

14 P-Card Rollout We expect the roll-out to progress as scheduled with few changes along the way. The completion date for full USC implementation is still scheduled for 06/30/2011. If you have any questions please feel to contact Mary Wilson for more information. 14
