Once the parts are added to the estimate, stock checks and ordering are done with the simple push of a button. In future releases Selectline will integrate with additional suppliers and catalogs. A training video will be accessible on YouTube on April 4. Stock Check The Parts List displays the parts included in the estimate and allows you to order the parts. The part information can be expanded to display the location, quantity, and pricing details. A stock check must be done before ordering, to ensure the parts are still available at the same price quoted on the estimate. If nothing has changed, the parts will be listed as ready and the Stock Check button will change to Order Parts. 4 ADDITIONAL SYNONYMS FOR LABOR OPERATIONS AND REPAIR INFORMATION SEARCH Additional synonyms can used as search terms to find operations and repair information. This helps the advisor when searching for operations to add to an estimate and helps the technician when using the vehicle data filter to search for repair information. For example, lof or oil change will find the Engine Oil & Filter R&R operation. As another example, searching for lamp or light will find anything using the term bulb. FASTER NAVIGATION BETWEEN OPERATIONS ON REVIEW AND ESTIMATE SCREENS As part of the continuing effort to reduce the number of steps required to perform tasks, advisors can now navigate from an operation on the Review screen to that same operation on the Estimate screen with one click. This allows changes such as adding or modifying parts to be made more quickly and easily. Select button to display operation on Estimate screen 4
