1 FORTE OIL ADVANTAGE CARD FAQS 1. What is the FO Advantage card? The FO Advantage card is a payment and membership card issued under FO PLC's nationwide customer loyalty and reward program. The programme is positioned to reward our frequent customers who make purchases from our retail outlets using the FO Advantage card. Available reward ranges from extra litres of fuel and lubricants to a host of other treats. Across the nation, FO Loyalty Scheme has/will now been launched in all regions. 2. Can I use the card to purchase other products/services? Yes. Your card is also a Payment card and can be used for other purchases at merchant outlets where the verve card is accepted. However you will only earn points for card use at FO stations and other participating merchant outlets. Also based on the type of card you have, there is a daily transaction limit 3. Which stations are participating in this program? Currently, there are 10 FO stations in Lagos participating in this program. We will keep you updated as and when more stations come onboard. Below is a list of participating FO stations. There are three membership card types: Corporate, Personalized and Pickup cards 1. Corporate cards will be issued to corporate entities. This will enable easy tracking of fuelling of fleet vehicles. These cards will be customized as requested and funding limits will also be flexible as desired by the corporate. 2. Personalized cards will be issued to individuals on request. Cards will also be personalised as desired by the cardholder. Possible personalisation options for corporates and individuals include: name of the company, card holder, vehicle registration number, etc. Corporate and Personalized cards can be requested for at any First Bank Branch or Forte advised touch points and card will be ready for collection 3 working days from the date of request at any indicated FBN branch within Lagos and 5 working days if indicated pick up branch is outside Lagos. Pickup Cards will be collected instantly at the service stations of purchase. These cards will not be customized as they will be issued immediately with the provision of minimum KYC and controlled spend limit. 5. What is the validity period of the scheme? The scheme will run for as long as desired as long as all agreements with ISW is met on the loyalty platform, but the card has a 2 yr validity period and will need to be reissued upon expiry.. 6. Do I have to pay to obtain the card? Yes. A fee of NX (TBD) is required. 7. Will I qualify for membership? How do I sign up? Anyone can join the program. Simply walk in to any FO station and ask to be registered after which your card will be issued to you upon payment and submission of the required filled form and copy of driver's licence. The time of receipt of your card is subject to the type requested for i.e. pick up, personalized or corporate.

3 Upon receipt of your card, you will be required to change your pin on the POS terminal at the service station or the nearest FirstBank ATM using a communicated default PIN in your welcome letter. 8. How do I load money onto my card? You do not have to own an account with First Bank to load your card. Four recharge options exist. Funds transfer from your debit card to your FO advantage card via online using your quickteller login details and some ATMs Card funding over the counter at any First Bank branch Card funding from other banks branch of choice via PayDirect Corporate load option via Autopay Funds impact on card online real-time and can immediately be used for transactions as desired. 8. How do I earn points? Make purchases with your Forte Advantage card. You must use your loyalty card for payment. Any purchase outside this is not valid. 9. Will I be entitled to points for my previous purchases if I have just registered today? Points cannot be accumulated for purchases before the registration of the membership. 10.Is there a maximum card value? Can I withdraw funds from my card? Yes. Each card type has a maximum card value that can be loaded as well as allowed spend limits on channels. How do I know how many points I've earned? You can verify your earned points on the POS terminal at participating FO stations. 12. Are my reward points transferable? Loyalty points are non-transferable, nor exchangeable for cash. 13. For how long are my points valid? Loyalty Points are valid until they are used up. 14. How do I redeem my points? Points can be redeemed at the station on the purchase of any product. Simply select your payment option on the POS terminal selecting savings, current or points as desired. The points value will be displayed in Naira equivalent. We will also run various promotions where the points can be redeemed. 15. After redemption is confirmed, am I able to cancel or change the redemption item? We regret that there is no cancellation or change allowed on the redemption item once you have submitted your request. 18. What if I can't remember my password or login ID? To reset your password, you will have to visit the nearest FBN branch or call the customer care help line 0700FIRSTCONTACT for PIN reset that can then be changed to your desired PIN on any FirstBank ATM 19. What do I do if my card gets blocked? Your card could get blocked for the following reasons The wrong PIN is entered thrice. When a suspicious activity is suspected on the card.

5 When the card is reported missing. To unblock your card, call 0700FIRSTCONTACT or visit the nearest FBN branch 20. What do I do if my card is stolen, missing or misplaced? Call 0700FIRSTCONTACT customer care help line to report the stolen, missing or misplaced card. 23.
